On 5Sep (midnight)- The hotel manager at reception desk is bullying me with worst attitude and behaviour and force me to downgrade my Suite room into a standard room because hotel overbook. Poor service and bad attitudes!!!! I need a fair reply by the hotel to follow up - please don't criticise people with nationality……. Very upset customer

Located next to the university, there are swans by the lake, beautiful scenery, and close to the train station, shops, restaurants and supermarkets, very convenient. What’s even more unexpected is a small welcome gift🎁 in this cold☃️weather❄️ – warm cookies🍪

The location is good. It's right by the river. Across the river is Lincoln University. It's also very close to the city center. It's very convenient for boating, eating and shopping. The hotel service is pretty good. There are many kinds of breakfast. After all, it's owned by Hilton. But The facilities are really old. The carpets are too old to be washed. The hotel should consider renovating and upgrading. The pictures are of the surrounding environment. I have to say that the small town of Lincoln is very comfortable and comfortable.
