Good location, 10 minutes to the airport and only 2 blocks away from shopping mall. The mall has big supermarket, food court, and others to offer.

Good location, nearby train, bus and metro station. There is a shopping mall in front of the train station. Very convenient for traveling.

The location is superb, and there’s a shopping mall nearby with a big supermarket! It’s convenient. Hotel is clean, with standard buffet breakfast. Everything is worth the price! Staffs are nice and helpful. The environment nearby is good. Even though it’s quite closed to the station, it’s still quiet at night. Strongly recommend for tourists wanna stay nearby the Orient station.

Hotel is in a good location close to the Oriente train station. Room was good and comfortable. Service to be expected. This is a great location if you need to be at the airport the next morning very quick to the airport less than 10min.

Located this room within a week and so happy with it. It’s conveniently located a few minutes walk from the train/metro station and a short trip from the airport. The place is hugely immaculate. Marble floors, huge doorways and plenty of seating within the lobby. I was pleased with the staff at the front desk who made checkin smooth and enjoyable. The room itself is true to the style of the orient. Cherrywood furnishings. Plus the AC works! The outlets could be positioned in a more reachable location than under the desk. There’s only one port at one of the beds. The location is north of the promenade so it’s a little hike to get back. Overall I’ll definitely go back.

Very polite staff. The room was very nice and clean. The only problem was about the window. The glass was not clean (from outside) and it was not possible to take obvious pictures from the outside view. If I come to Portugal another time, I will choose this hotel again.

The location is satisfactory with many amenities nearby, but the facilities are slightly unsatisfactory compared to nearby hotels. But the location makes everything satisfactory.

Hotel with excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable rooms with a "treat" for guests (in our case, cookies, snacks and water). I highly recommend it.

The service was really bad after staying for 3 nights. The room was not cleaned the next day.

It's a beautiful hotel on the redeveloped waterfront. Various businesses are moving into this area, which is completely different from the image of Lisbon. It was close to the airport, so it was convenient for my flight the next morning. I was happy to receive water, mini wine, snacks, and cookies!
