"Beautiful hotel close to Oriente station. Bad smell on the street, the public services should take more care about the area around and properly support this excellent 5* place. Easy check-in and out procedure.  Nice view on the gulf from the windows and silent rooms for good sleeping. Kudos to the receptionist, Thiago, who was very welcoming and gave much support describing the map of the city"

"We weren’t there long, so it’s hard to make a judgment. Staff were nice enough. No issues, no complaints. The hotel, however is like a museum of the 1980s. First generation flat screen TV and old clunky phone by the bed and a glass sink surround. It needs a 2025 upgrade. "

"Booked a family room. There were no trash bags, tissues, or even toothpaste and toothbrushes in the room. Luckily, there's a supermarket across the street, which was convenient for buying essentials. They didn't restock the tea bags or coffee in the room during our several-day stay; we had to ask for them every time. However, the location and price were quite good."

"Our Valentine's stay at the hotel was pleasant. The service was top-notch, although the rooms themselves are in need of renovation. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options for everyone. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, just an 8-minute walk from the metro line, and conveniently close to Pingo Doce and Aldi supermarkets."

"Good hotel with a very convenient location, basically next to the main train station. All the shampoo, body wash and lotions are from Rituals, which is good quality and definitely a plus. Breakfast was decent but nothing outstanding and pretty ordinary, though we later understood its quite common with other hotels in Portugal. Staff was friendly and welcoming."

"Beautiful hotel with good size room for Europe. A bit far from the middle of everything (Avenida Liberdade and downtown area) but only a 7€ uber ride.  Hotel itself is nice but the hallways are so dark-for the ambiance I guess. Breakfast buffet features Portuguese selection and has quite a bit of choices. Staff was super helpful and friendly."

"The facilities are really good, the hotel is very well located (facing a viewpoint overlooking the city), and everything is designed with the traditional hostel traveler in mind. The breakfast is also very good and varied. After that, as always, it depends on who you end up sharing a room with. I would definitely choose it again if I'm looking for a hostel."
