The lobby bathroom had someones unflushed poop

Aside from the good location, the facilities and room were very disappointing. The smell from the bathroom drainage was extremely strong, to the point where I had to hold my breath every time I went in. The breakfast was also very basic, nothing to look forward to. Out of the four charging ports, two were broken. Overall, a very poor experience.

Very small toilet and noisy front door!
The guest rooms in the hotel is newly renovated. Maybe due to some designing issues, the toilet is very small. The toilet bowl is narrowly surrounded by the sink and wall. I’m not a big size person, but I cannot fully sit on the toilet bowl because the space between the sink and the wall is small.
The front door of the room produces a big bang when closing. The hotel does suggest guests to tap the door card to retract the lock tongue before closing the door. But nobody does so and you keep hearing bangs from neighbours.
My room has the smell of cigarette smoke from 9 p.m. every night. I couldn’t figure out where it comes from.

The hotel itself is in a great location and is well taken care of. Staff is friendly and helpful, yet not very direct. As on trip shown, I’ve asked for the laundry service, which doesn’t actually exist, yet I’ve been repeatedly told that they would “check”, next time just tell me that I should do it somewhere outside (place to do so not far away). During one very hot day there were repeated power outages, but once it calmed down a little it was all good. I would definitely recommend this hotel, price/service/location just fit perfectly.

Hotel parking was part occupation of non-visitors cars. Hotel personal doesn’t care about it..Poor  breakfast.

Bathroom was updated, big room with high ceilings, continental breakfast had few choices & not fresh, elevator is very small & slow, location is a bit of the beaten path, dirty area of Lisbon.
