The location is satisfactory, but at night it is difficult due to the distance to the metro. The assigned room was in the attic, did not have a sofa as described and the extra bed was missing, which was quickly placed. It's comfortable, but I thought it would be better. Very simple. The toilet is nice and clean but the silicones and rubbers need to be changed. The breakfast is satisfactory or even good, but it was also disappointing. There is no fruit, for example. In other words, it would be a good 3*. The staff are really 5*, they are in fact some of the best I have ever experienced. Maybe because of the customer service, I believe I will be able to repeat it.

Although the room is small, it is cozy and the bathroom is large.
There are bicycles you can rent for free and you can ride around the city.

Hotel 20 minutes from El Cortes Ingles shopping center. Restaurant on site from Monday to Friday for lunch. Bar open until 11 p.m. The must. Free bike rental to get around Lisbon

Not recommended this hotel not honest to accept Trip.com vouchers description for payment for 3 adults, as impolite staff excuse only one person reservation, hotel need me to pay 25 Euro each person X2 each night each room. The extra cost now settled with Trip.com

NOT recommended as hotel not honest when I check in, staff need me to pay two extra cost of my family members at 25 Euro each room each night just excused I have only reserved one person through Trip.com (my vouchers noting that costs cover all 3 persons). Trip.com failed to liaise with hotel staff and Trip.com agreed refund me back about 70% of total cost that but I disagree that I still negotiate 100% when I am back to UK.

Reserved room with Queen size bed and window.
We had a room with two single beds.
They still found the solution by putting us in a room with a Queen size bed.
Except that in this room there are no windows... We didn't say anything because we didn't want to change rooms twice.
Decent breakfast room a bit small.
