Overall, it's good. The hotel is very private. It's also relatively quiet and conveniently located. However, the water that was finished on the first day should be refilled with a new bottle. I called the front desk to send water, but I didn't expect to be charged a bottle of water and service fee. The main reason is that I stayed for four nights in total. Except for the first night, there was no water refill. The next three nights had free water refills, and I was not informed of the relevant fees on the first night. We had an amazing time at Bessa Hotel. Staff was super friendly. The room very clean and big enough for us. Amenities good quality. Breakfast with lots of options and the delicious pastéis de natal! Also I can highlight the location as you are at walking distance of lots of nice restaurants bars and tourist places. For sure we will be back!

The room was great. I booked a room with a loft. Two 1.5-meter beds. It was very comfortable. There was also a kitchen. There were eggs, milk, yogurt and fruit in the refrigerator. I cooked two eggs for breakfast every day. Then I went to the door at 8 o'clock to get bread. The housekeeper was also very nice. On the day of check-in, we gave us detailed information on the attractions and 2 and a half days of itinerary suggestions.

The hotel and room are clean, the staff is very enthusiastic, and if there is a problem in the room, it will be resolved blindly. Breakfast is delicious and there are many types.

Very nice beautiful hotel ( looks exactly as on the pictures). Nice location - only 3/4 euro Uber ride to the old part of the city. Comfortable beds, very nice decorated rooms. Definitely would stay there again!

No enthusiasm from the front desk staff. The breakfast food was very good. The view from the restaurant is superb. But my child lives in a room at the end of the corridor. There was a machine sound in the middle of the night on the first night. It affected my sleep. I went to the front desk the next day and asked to change the room, and said no. But the noise problem will be dealt with. But there was still the second night, Complained again. Only said to turn off the pool machine. There was no noise on the third night. Does this mean that they did not pay attention to the problems of the guests. So the service is poor.

Oh, when you organized it in the afternoon, you might have snacks like candy or tarts. I wandered around and ate really good. Breakfast was just the right kind (vegetables, cheese, ham and sausage, eggs, fruits, bread, milk, juice, coffee, etc.). The manager was very friendly at breakfast. Oh, we had wine and steak with room service. The location is perfect .. Buses, trams and subway stops are right in front of you and you can walk to the sea just a few steps away. There are many good restaurants nearby. The Trem takes you directly to the main tourist attractions ... Ah, the flats near the hotel make it easy to walk around. It is an excellent historical building, but if you carry a big box, Uber can only go to the mountains. Need to call the hotel to pick up the car, or taxi can go directly to the hotel entrance
