No enthusiasm from the front desk staff. The breakfast food was very good. The view from the restaurant is superb.
But my child lives in a room at the end of the corridor. There was a machine sound in the middle of the night on the first night. It affected my sleep. I went to the front desk the next day and asked to change the room, and said no. But the noise problem will be dealt with. But there was still the second night, Complained again. Only said to turn off the pool machine. There was no noise on the third night. Does this mean that they did not pay attention to the problems of the guests. So the service is poor.

This was a perfect stay . We were greeted professionally and warm. The hotel is gorgeous. We stayed in room suite 115 , this is truly a well appointed suite amazing! Breakfast was perfect. The pool is beautiful and heated .

This is simply an outstanding Hotel. Located at the top of Lisbon Centro, all within walking distance to great restaurants and sights. Staff was spectacular and the breakfast is first class. This hotel should have nothing but top ratings. You will not be disappointed. The positive experience was way beyond my expectations when I booked it!

A great welcome on arrival with smiles made us feel very welcome. They have an indoor garage to valet your car. That’s a plus. They carry your bags promptly to your room. So again no wait for your belongings. They offered us a welcome drink. How generous!! Their hospitality is consistent as we have been there before. That’s the reason why we return .

Excelente hotel, el hotel es muy lindo , su diseño y localización son espectaculares; la habitación un poco chica pero con una gran vista. Restaurante muy bueno y servicio ejemplar. No tiene gimnasio, debes ir a or¡otro hotel d ella misma marca que esta´al otro lado de la ciudad.

We have stayed here before and we love the hotel. The location in a trendy upscale neighborhood with wonderful parks, shops and restaurants is perfect. The hotel is small with around 40 rooms and the staff makes you feel like you’re special. The views from the rooms are amazing and the pool is delightful. The restaurant is pleasant and the meals are excellent and fairly reasonably priced. This trip we had a misunderstanding about our combined reservations and the general manager reached out and took the time to explain what happened. We were satisfied that they did the best they could and we will be back.
