GGuest UserThe location is excellent, the reception, hygiene and services are all very good, except that the room is slightly small. It's very convenient to go out and walk around. There is French Veal downstairs, so it's best to make a reservation in advance. The dessert shop in the hotel is also delicious, not too sweet, and is worth a try. Breakfast is a la carte and very rich. Staying for two days can save a lot of money.

RRay KsaiVery nice hotel in a lovely neighborhood. A bit far away from city center though. Very modern, everything is electric. Wifi is good. Breakfast was great. They have a complimentary sauna and contrast shower. Very cool! Gym is decent, but obviously could have more equipment. Would stay here again.

김김유리You can walk to most of Lisbon's major tourist attractions, and the cleanliness and condition of the accommodation are both excellent.
However, the rooftop bar breakfast was one of the main reasons for choosing this accommodation,
but the white staff was extremely rude and unfriendly.
They seemed to ignore me even though I didn't speak English well.
There were many other staff members, but they didn't act like that and were friendly.

GGuest UserLisboa pessoa hotle is really wonderful hotel, this is my first time here, lisbon as my first stop for traveling Europe, this hotel just give me a great beginning. The receptionists are very friendly, because I came here early and would like to storage my luggage, and they are so kindly to help me check in and sent my luggage to my room directly. At Christmas evening, they also give me some small gift some, so sweet.
The location is perfect, near the Santa Justa Lift, you can walk there only 1-2mins, and I also think it located in the center of alfama, close to many malls and landmarks.
Wonderful place to live,highly recommended

MM276120****The service was very welcoming, and the hygiene was quite good. The complimentary bottled water was very useful.
The location is great. It's a bit of a walk from the subway station, but there are many supermarkets nearby, making shopping convenient. The distance for getting around is also quite reasonable.
However, there was a bit of noise in the room, and the hand soap and shower gel in the bathroom were swapped.
The room was quite spacious, with enough room to move around, and food delivery was quick.

HH MatthiasLovely hotel beside the airport, though showing signs of age. Excellent warm and friendly staff who facilitated a room change quickly.
Perfect indoor heated swimming pool for winter, clean spa and gym area. Hotel also provides frequent shuttle service to the terminal (~3 minute drive).
Breakfast choices were limited but delicious. Would recommend for those catching early morning flights.

GGuest UserVery nice hotel!! We spent our vacation there 4 nights. Clean and good amenities,good for photos. Nice service with everyday room cleaning.Staff are mostly friendly. We received a little presents because of my boyfriend’s birthday. A little improvement is the room view it is blocked by wire. Would be better if they have the airport shuttle service as mentioned. The spa was the best part of this hotel 😆 We have been there twice and its free of charge! This hotel is a great deal in my point.
