The front desk was very friendly and made check-in easy.
Around 11 o'clock, I thought I would leave my luggage there first, but they said, ``I'll check to see if there's a room available for check-in,'' and I was able to check in!
It was a lot of luggage, but there was no service to carry the luggage to the room.
There was also plenty of mineral water.
However, the refrigerator in the room was surprisingly dirty, which was a little disappointing.

Great staff, very helpful and knowledgeable. Had a problem with my room and upgraded me (there were issues with that room too, but I let it go). The hotel really needed an update or renovation.

We stayed at the Sheraton Lisboa Hotel & Spa for our first visit to Lisboa and it was an excellent decision. We were in touch with the hotel prior to our arrival and made arrangements both on our own and through our Marriott concierge service for a variety of tours, dinners, and spa appointments. Their concierge service personnel were simply wonderful: welcoming, professional, and anxious to make the guest experience to Lisbon and the Sheraton hotel a memorable one! Thanks, Ana Sophia! The hotel has all of the amenities one could want: excellent dining, fabulous spa, lovely rooms, and a central location near to everything. We will return again on our next visit to Portugal! P.S. Stop to say hello to Nuno at the Lobby Lounge for the happiest welcome ever!
