雖然最終攜程幫忙解決了，但酒店前台非常不友好 ，明明訂的大床房三人入住，酒店也寫了歡迎攜帶小童，但是入住的時候各種不承認，讓我們升級成套房才可以，最終我們多訂了一間房懶得和他們廢話。另酒店地下停車場挺窄的 稍大一點的車不是特別方便。

The bed is very big. The service is good. As soon as you enter the door, someone will help you move your luggage and deliver it to the room. The light show at night is quite nice. In addition to living in the old town, the surrounding area is relatively safe and you can take a taxi to travel

I had a fantastic stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. The room was not only clean, tidy, and cozy but also a perfect retreat after a day of exploring Lisbon. I especially appreciated the hotel’s thoughtful initiative of offering a coupon for choosing not to have the room cleaned daily, a small but significant gesture towards environmental conservation. My time here was truly enjoyable, and I sincerely hope to find this hotel chain in other countries, to experience their exceptional hospitality again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lisbon!

A very good hotel with the best service during this trip to Europe. I have a good impression of Lisbon. The environment is clean and bright, and the facilities are very good. There are many sockets, which is highly recommended for both business people and travelers. After staying for two days, I met different service staff who were all warm and polite.
