Very good stay. Room was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. They greeted us every time when we passed by the reception. We were not come for the light show but good to have it. Free car park was included but it could be challenging for big car. We didn’t try breakfast nor dine in their restaurant. You may opted for not having the room cleaned and get 5€ voucher in return. Bear in mind that you have to order something more than 5€, one voucher each time.

Overall, it's pretty good. It's close to the subway station and the service is quite friendly. I'd recommend it.

We booked the deluxe double room city view and stayed for 4 nights. The room was very nice and clean. I had my birthday during the stay and received the VIP service from the hotel, which was so considerate. I will definitely book this hotel again and recommend it to friends!

The breakfast was excellent, and the service was great. The light show was also beautiful; I watched it for two nights, and each was unique. The hotel front desk service was very good too; they brought whatever I needed right away.

Although the hotel isn't in the bustling city center, it's just a ten-minute walk to Avenida da Liberdade. Past the avenue is the shopping district. If you don't feel like walking, taxis are incredibly cheap in Lisbon, so we took them everywhere. The hotel upgraded our room, and we could see the nightly light show from there. The service was also great.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hotel is clean, of good quality, the staff were nice and helpful. It was in a very good location as well in Lisbon with easy access to the city. There are a variety of food options for breakfast. There is a lot of amenities as well to use all in good condition including a gym, pool, etc. And I really enjoy the Lisbon light show @Lumen Hotel.

It’s a very beautiful experience in Lisbon! The reception is very enthusiastic and kind! The breakfast had a lot of variety and tastes good! Anyway, if I have an opportunity, I will consider it to check in again!
