GGuest UserIt’s my mom’s best birthday trip ever. We felt warm and have an amazing stay in the hotel. The room was clean and beautiful. The breakfast was very delicious. They made different kinds of cakes, tarts and pies every morning. Even there’s any issues or problems w your room, they always tried their best to make sure you have everything perfect.

HHaoxianghaoxiangnvxiaThe hotel is a 10-minute walk from the Orient railway station, but the cobblestone streets make it a bit challenging with luggage. A taxi ride to the airport takes about 10 minutes.
The hotel building is new, and the lobby on the ground floor is quite simple. The room was an upgraded business hotel style, with all the essentials and basic furnishings.
The room offered sea views and sunrise. When I tried to borrow an umbrella on my way out, I was told they were all lent out.

NNuannuanIt's been a while, but the memory is still vivid. The room was spacious, and breakfast was excellent – unlimited egg tarts! The capsule coffee was surprisingly good, comparable to freshly ground. Maybe I was just exhausted, but this last stop was pretty good. It started raining heavily as we left, marking the beginning of the rainy season, yet the taxi drivers didn't overcharge, which felt like a perfect ending!
I must have a soft spot for Portugal; even after 10 days, I still wanted more. So, I'm happy to express my gratitude to the places I stayed and the people who helped and served me! Wishing you all the best!

GGuest UserLocke de Santa Joana is an amazing hotel to stay in. The hotel is big which there are 3 beautiful buildings and a lovely courtyard, you may love to spend a whole day enjoying it.
The room is good and big, the bed is comfortable, there is kitchen and washing machine inside the room.
The restaurants are recommended, the food is really good.

Last but not least, the staffs are nice and helpful.
This is a remarkable stay.

DDill ChenThe hotel is clean and meets standards of Iberostar hotels if you’ve been to other ones, with pleasant scents in the lobby. Used the gym but it was small, with necessary equipments so was okay. Didn’t try spa but you’d have 1 hour free access if book in advance.
Service was relatively low-levelled throughout the stay. First night of arrival, there weren’t sleepers in the room and surprised that slippers at the reception were out of stock.
Second morning I was made to wait in front of the restaurant to have breakfast, with loads of available tables inside, which were not cleaned up on time. The staff didn’t maintain the queue in a good way, the line was cut in by two groups of guests, and there was even one group going straight into the restaurant, with the staff not noticing this or explaining to us. No caring was shown verbally for our waiting outside of the restaurant.
Third morning was told that there’s no breakfast booked with the room, but it turned out that the staff put wrong room numbers on the system when checking. The staff guided us to a table without cutleries prepared.
Reception staff were friendly yet not showing the best quality of service if the hotel is 5-star. Response time could be shortened.
Restaurant service was terrible given the above. No apologies made for the situations mentioned.

KkukIt’s such a lovey hotel to be staying at. Friendly staffs and can accommodate any requests we asked. As our departure to the airport was at 4:45am early in the morning, I requested to have some sandwiches and drinks to pick up before we left the hotel, instead, they had prepared a big box of food consisted of cheese and ham sandwich, apple, banana, juice and water for us. We heartfelt for what they have done to us. Indeed everyday, we have full breakfast delivered to our room n the food was decent. Also, one night there was a movie night by the pool side, and I found it amazingly care and trying their best to fulfill everyone’s needs. The hotel room is clean and very high standard. I will highly recommend people to stay in this hotel/ serviced apartment ( as it come with an open kitchen). And we happened to stay at their hotel on their 1st anniversary, and celebrated with us and with a delicious cake! 😜

GGuest UserThe location is quite off from any decent metro if you're with a big luggage. The cobbled path is just not walker friendly, I did not have this information throughout hotel booking or through Google Map. However, I took a private hire after checking out from the hotel and did not bother by the cobbled path at all. Btw, please fixed the broken tiles right in front of your revolving main door, so the guests can have a smooth entrance and exit with their luggages, much appreciated!

GGuest UserThe room is spacious. Clean and has good amenities. It smelled bad inside the elevator all the time. The lobby isn't very present with dirty floors. Breakfast was average. The location was good for me, but a few metro stops away from the touristy spots. But it's a safe location w plenty of other hotel chains, office buildings and restaurants.

There is elevator, no problems with luggage.
There is a kitchen, but is closed in the night time.
