It was a great family reunion The restaurant staff do anything to help and are really good Hotel rooms are comfortable and have everything you need, bathrooms are a good size, beds are comfortable Nice relaxing outside area for drinks etc Very centrally located The food is all Italian not Portuguese Recommended 👍

We stayed last weekend for 3 nights for my partners 40th birthday celebrations. So glad I chose the Portobay Marques. The staff were excellent, the breakfast was lovely too. Pastries, bread, eggs, bacon and juices to name some of whay was on offer. We had a junior suite and the bed was probably the best I've ever slept in. It was huge and so comfy! The whole hotel was clean and had an inviting feel. In our opinion the location is perfect too, on a quiet side street just off the main road which was tree lined, dotted with coffee huts and had all the designer shops too. It was a lovely walk down this to the main attractions and the water! Would definitely book a portobay on our next trip to Portugal!

Absolutely loved this place. Great hotel, excellent location, and the staff could not have been nicer. They were all so friendly from the minute we arrived. Would definitely like to return to this hotel.

A lovely hotel in a great location within easy walking distance from many attractions. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. The breakfasts were very good and the food in the restaurant was excellent. Would highly recommend it.
