MM629307****The room was a bit small but clean and quiet. Most guests are just staying for one night before an early flight, so it's perfectly fine for sleeping. A major plus is that breakfast starts at 2 AM. The downside is that I booked this hotel specifically because it claimed to be a walkable 300 meters from the airport, but the route was all outdoor main roads and gravel paths. The hotel boasts an airport shuttle, but it's just one small 10-seater van. On a rainy day, there were 20-30 people waiting, and even the foreigners weren't bothering with queues. I couldn't get on, so I had to angrily drag my suitcase through the rain the 300 meters to the airport. It was a miserable experience; I arrived soaked.

GGuest UserI spent a 5 nights at My Story Rossio and here are some of my thoughts:
PROS:
- Excellent location. Hard to beat this prime location. It's at the heart of the city with lots of things to do in proximity. There's also a Metro station across from it so you can take the subway directly from the airport.
- Nice decors and overall pretty clean.
CONS:
- The biggest issue I had during my stay was the poor structure of the building leading to disturbing loud noises. During housekeeping hours, the door to the cleaning supplies kept being slammed. Every time it was slammed, my whole room shook and I jumped up. I called the front desk asking if they could be more gentle with the doors. I was told that that was the way housekeeping was and to call back only if it still happened after 5pm (after housekeeping hours). It was impossible to get any rest during the day. I understand that housekeepers need to do their job but I wonder if this issue could be fixed simply by changing the door hinge to a slow close hinge. Also, in the middle of the night, I would wake up by the creaking noises of people above me when they walked across the room.
- Second issue was the thermostat. It was not adjustable and could only be controlled by the front desk. For some reason, the hotel decided that all the rooms needed to be in heating mode during the night. It was so hot and stuffy that I was not able to sleep for many nights. I had to call the front desk in the middle of the night to turn it off but sometimes it would automatically switch back on. Then I requested to have the cooling instead of heating on but it would be too cold at night and there was no way to dial it myself. So throughout my stay, it would feel like being inside either a sauna or a freezer.

AAnonymous UserThe facilities, cleanliness, environment, and service were all good. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay with excellent value for money. The location near Lisbon's city center was incredibly convenient, offering superb public transport links; restaurants, supermarkets, and the metro were all easily accessible. Having a kitchen, a back garden, and a bar further enhanced the convenience. I would definitely return if I have the chance. My only minor issue was not getting a lower bunk, which made climbing up and down quite inconvenient.

PPimmy**We have a great stay at the 7 hotel. We definitely return and recommend the place to everyone we know who will visit Lisbon. Everything was perfect for our 3 nights stay. My mom was sick, so we spend most of the time in the room and there was no problem. The room, even though not super big, however, has everything we needed. More than enough supplies of toilets and kitchen amenities. The bathroom is also functioning. I wish there could be a hanger for face cleaning and shampoo, I saw there maybe use to be one but it’s broken, hopefully the hotel repair them soon.
The location couldn’t be better, it’s near to Santa Justa elevator and Baixa metro was just step away. Shopping street and bus stop was right in front. We were right in the city center, yet the noise wasn’t so much. We sleep perfectly.
On the arrival day, we arrived at 14.00PM after the long 24 hours and 3 connecting flights. The staff are very kind to let us in early for an hour which was really appreciated. On the check out date, we also able to check out 15 mins late which was great too.
We book with breakfast included, I love the pancakes and my mom just love the hot scramble eggs, sourdough and watermelon. Even though, the choices wasn’t a lot like a lot, but everything was tasty.

GGuest UserThe location was good and the people at the reception were lovely. But, I would say those are really the only positives. First of all, I wouldn’t recommend booking though this site, as it claims to offer the option to pay on checkin, but charges you before. This happens because this website is a 3rd party, they book a room for you through Expedia. They will claim it’s just on hold - spoiler alert, it’s not. But I digress. Back to the hotel, the walls are paper thin, I had the pleasure to be awakened by my neighbours doing the devil’s tango as if they were in my room. The toilet also made weird noises non stop, like water filling in, it was quite annoying too. The cleaning ladies were lovely and really thorough with the cleaning and making sure everything is as clean as can be, however the infrastructure is so old that no matter how much cleaning is done, some things need to be changed (sink full of scratches, toilet full of scratches and with old rust stains in bottom, towels smelling funky sometimes, shower without a detachable handle, no place to put your shower gel, even though there were holes where some sort of holder should be). Long story short, the hotel really needs some renovation because it is called “suites” but feels a lot like my college dorm. Another rather shocking thing for me was that the shower gel/shampoo bottles were refilled, not swapped, which for me feels super unhygienic, specially since they were very tiny bottles (10-15ml). Also, not all outlets were functional, which is rather annoying in 2023. And last, but not least, 25€ per person for an airport transfer? Am I taking a limo? An Uber is 15€ tops in total. In summary, lovely service but the rooms need some TLC. I would book again if the price was as good as this time since the location is really great, but I wouldn’t splurge on it.

GGuest UserNice and clean hotel room. Beautiful bathroom. The toaster didn't work, but the micro and the hot plates, the fridge and the coffee machine worked. Good air-conditioning and a lot of channels on TV. A little noise from the airplanes that flew low over Lisbon. Good that you could close the blinds, so it was dark when you slept.

The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great tips on places to visit and eat. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet, ensuring a good night’s sleep. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Lisbon!

Title: Wonderful Apartment, Excellent Location
Lisbon City Apartments & Suites exceeded my expectations. The room (1 bed room apartment) was spacious and beautifully designed, with modern amenities and a cozy atmosphere. The kitchenette was perfect for preparing simple meals, and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. I loved how central the location was – I could easily walk to downtown Lisbon, and there was a metro station nearby. The staff were attentive and always ready to assist with any queries. This is a great place to stay for both short and long visits. Will definitely be back! Need to take note that the check in is done at Lisbon city hotel which is about 30 metres away.

GGuest UserThe hotel has a metro stop at the door, and I do not recommend you stay if you have any physical incapacity, for example, because we stay in a fourth floor without lift.
The room is beautiful, though it smells fatal to the bathroom by the arquet or the washing...
The staff was very pleasant, we were treated with a bad boy and the cleaning girls were loved.

SSefy LevyThis hostel is located about 3km walk from the center city, but does have some close by attractions (such as the Jeronimo's Monetary)
The room is extremely small, if you seat on the edge of the bed and try to stretch your legs, you'll most likely hit the wall.
We had our room replaced, as the first room had zero privacy for the toilet and the second room gave the illusion of privacy (as you can see in photos)
We've not seen any of the management, as everything is done thru WhatsApp to contact them and they will respond.
Breakfast was OK, it had a bit of choices but there was more cakes and cookies then actual food.
