Stayed 3 nights at this hotel. Location was near to one of the squares which had the Christmas market. But about a 30 min walk to the famous arc. Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included - food offerings were simple with not much variety but tasted decent. Good enough just for some fuel to start the day.

Hotel a little dated but in an excellent position room assigned absolutely to be used as a single and not as a double had a column near the bed very dangerous at night if one gets up without turning on the light .... Equipped with everything with dated but clean uncomfortable furniture for two people. Maybe it was assigned to us because it was taken with an offer? Work in progress in the building opposite but did not disturb too much. Breakfast in the norm with good products, the only flaw is the American-only coffee ... Staff courteous even if detached.

Lovely hotel is good location for Lisbon, near to the metro. Room was lovely and clean and the reception staff were very friendly, While we were away it was my husbands birthday and the hotel presented him with a bottle of port, lovely touch! Waiting staff at breakfast were really nice, and there was a good selection of food on offer.

Ein sehr gutes Hotel in direkter Lage. Zentral beim pombal, von da aus ist die Avenida de lieberdade zu Fuß entlang zu laufen, um in die Innenstadt zu kommen. Sehr nettes Personal, Zimmer sehr sauber, auch wenn die Zimmer recht klein sind. In unserem Bad in der vierten Etage war eine Badewanne. Eine große Baustelle ist direkt neben dem Hotel, die Fenster sind nicht wirklich schalldicht. Das Frühstücksbuffet sehr großzügig, jedoch jeden Tag dasselbe. Die Bushaltestelle der hop-on-up-off-busse sind direkt nebenan

Nice accommodation in the centre of Lisbon. Great location for exploring, the sightseeing bus tour is close by. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful and there was also a decent breakfast. I recommend if looking for a hotel on a budget close to all the main sights and restaurants in Lisbon.
