Hotel Roma

It was okay overall but the outlets were lacking in the room. And eventhough i suggested a double bed i was given a single, which was seperating when laying down. But the room was big and around the hotel there is a great pizzeria. But do not use the room service, it was bad.

I was terribly disappointed by the unwillingness and really lack of help and consideration for the hotel to help me when I had booked the wrong date on 18 Jun instead of 18 Jun. I had actually stayed on 18 May, pleased my case and still pay for my stay. I paid first and wanted to seek refund, even partial refund for my genuinely wrong booking for 18 Jun 26. Roma Hotel was not at all helpful and simply stuck to the rules and showed a total lack of consideration for its customers. Subsequently, when I wrote to hotel via Trip.Com with the receipt of my stay on 18 May, the hotel simply stated that it was past time for cancellation but it was still at least 3 weeks before the 18 Jun stay. The fact is that i stayed one night on 18 May and paid for my stay and gave sufficient time for the Hotel Roma to release the room to sell. I find Hotel Roma's behaviour and treatment of customers who are serious and genuine customers disgusting.

Well located but need refurbishing

Stayed before but was worse this time. Bed and pillows were really poor and wouldn't come back because of that. It genuinely gave me back pain and affected my sleep The room was also too hot. The internet was sufficient  The breakfast is and was good and the value for money was decent Location is useful - Bolt to the airport costs less than 5 euros.

Not a very big choice of breakfast ; staff were polite ; unfortunately didn't have a way of warm up some food because they wouldn't allow anyone in the kitchen to do it
