房間很整潔，房間設施齊全，很新，智能馬桶很贊，床頭小度也很好用，床睡着很舒服，疲憊一掃而空。其中有間房免費升級了零壓房，小孩的小拖鞋小牙刷好可愛。房間還給送了小零食和飲料，點個贊。早餐不錯，簡潔可口，餐廳環境很棒，用餐體驗滿分。每一個前台服務都很好很熱情。可以説是無微不至。天氣冷，有煮好的茶備着，可樂小姐姐晚上還打電話詢問是否平安到家。種草了，以後有機會還要來住。

During the New Year, I traveled to Hukou Waterfall and lived in Linyi. I chose this hotel because the service is a feature. From the rich fruit tea hot drinking fruit snack service in the lobby, to the reception desk, I was meticulous and patient. I also gave the children a red envelope. The room included double breakfast and sent a child's breakfast. We also specially arranged our family on the same floor and adjacent to the left and right, put an air purifier in the room in advance, there is a foot massager in the room, and the wash basin is equipped with Watson's nicotinamide lotion, laundry detergent. There are also direct drinking fountains, and four bottles of Cestabé pure water. The toilet room is also specially equipped with toilet lid disinfectant. The consideration is very meticulous and comprehensive, and the hygiene is as always maintained at a high level throughout the season. At 8:30 in the evening, the hotel also sent hot porridge and red date pastries, which was so intimate. It’s really great to feel the warmth of home during the Chinese New Year in the field. The breakfast in the morning was also very rich. I also sent hand cream to each lady when I checked out. I liked it very much.

來西安旅遊，選了這家酒店，還是覺得大品牌的酒店比較放心，酒店裝修不新，但是好在服務好啊，到酒店辦理入住的時候沒有房間，還特意給我升級了房型，樓下還有自助洗衣房，因為要出門，交代酒店幫忙洗的，很貼心。
