"The hotel was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Downstairs, there's a noodle shop that's reportedly been open for 20 years, making it very convenient for dining. Since I arrived a bit early and my room wasn't ready, I went to eat first. The hotel is spotless, the breakfast is excellent, and the views from the hotel are great. Downstairs looks like a big park with a river running through it. Overall, the service and environment are excellent, and it's extremely clean. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip, and it's also conveniently close to the high-speed rail station."

She showed me the room and introduced the surrounding food. The room facilities were brand new and had almost no odor. The hotel thoughtfully sent us an air purifier. The linens were very clean and I slept very comfortably. The underground parking lot is dedicated and large, and the breakfast served until 10 o'clock is also quite rich. In short, it is highly recommended for everyone to stay when visiting Hongtong."

"I was very satisfied with this hotel, staying for three nights in a row – it was incredibly worthwhile. The environment is fresh, elegant, and uniquely charming with an antique feel. The service was impeccable, including airport shuttle service, welcome fruit, complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails. As soon as I arrived in Linfen, everything was taken care of. I didn't have to worry about airport pickup; I was whisked away in a business car directly to the hotel. My room was a standalone unit, and it was incredibly comfortable. In-room amenities included a Dyson hairdryer, coffee machine, kettle, a great sound system, Voss mineral water, and tea bags and coffee grounds for self-made beverages. The welcome fruit was exquisite, featuring both fruit and biscuits. Breakfast was different every day, making me eagerly anticipate it – it felt like a personalized bespoke service. Afternoon tea offered coffee and a yogurt bowl, along with homemade egg tarts. For cocktails, there was a selection to choose from; I picked a Tequila Sunrise, which was delicious. The hotel butler was also very enthusiastic, responsible, and thoughtful, not to mention good-looking!"

I called and a female staff member who just woke up did not apologize, and said indifferently that it was just like that. I asked her if it was the same in other rooms? She said it was the same in all rooms, and I didn't know who installed this electric box, was there a grudge against the hotel owner?"
