FFelix AlbusThe hotel is in a good location, with a shopping mall next door and more choices for dining. There is an underground parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. The front desk will ask if you are driving, and register your license plate to avoid parking fees. The decoration is old, but it is clean and tidy, and does not affect the use and comfort. The staff have good service awareness. It was raining outside when checking in, and they also served hot tea👍. I will stay again.

GGuest UserI went to the hotel booked in the middle of Hukou Waterfall. I wanted to find a better sanitation. His facilities and equipment were still relatively advanced. The sanitation was also very clean. The front desk service was also in place. Miss sister also presented a small egg tart. Because I arrived late, I had dinner at the hotel. Personally recommend everyone's knife noodles are really delicious, and the tofu is also delicious, cost-effective, next time you have the opportunity to live again.

Eembrace3344We stayed in a room with a king-size bed of 1.8 meters. The room was very clean and tidy. The bedding smelled fresh and you could tell it was new and hadn't been used by anyone. The smart home in the room was good and very sensitive. The water pressure was very strong and comfortable. When we arrived at the hotel, someone helped us take our luggage, which was a great feeling. However, when we left, we had the same amount of luggage and the guy was too busy to help us carry it. It was as if he had made the money and didn't want to care about us anymore. 😂 We stayed on the 4th floor. I don't know if it was renovations upstairs or downstairs, but it was a bit noisy. We got up at 6 o'clock in the morning to go to Xiaoxitian and wanted to come back for a nap at 10 o'clock, but the noise kept us awake. We were also woken up by a truck on the road at around 5 o'clock in the morning. Overall, it was pretty good. It's only 1 kilometer away from Xiaoxitian Scenic Area and you can walk there.

GGuest UserLet's start with the location. This hotel is very close to Xiaoxitian Temple. We followed the manager's instructions and rode a shared e-bike there, which took about 8 minutes. Shared e-bikes are very convenient.
As for the hotel's amenities, Xiaodu basically takes care of everything. The room is fully automated, the room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable.
As for the breakfast, it's a small town, so it can't compare to big hotels, but it was still good, and the wontons were delicious.
As for the staff, be sure to pick up the little card they provide when you arrive; it's very helpful and personable. By the way, if you can see the manager, add him on WeChat for an even better experience. He'll send you some very helpful messages.
They also have a large parking lot, and valet parking is also available, which is very convenient.
Another great place, recommended by the owner, is Ma Shi Restaurant across the street. The food is delicious and generous.
In short, the service is exceptional, beyond what you'd expect from a small town.

CcutaThis is the best and highest-rated hotel in Jixian. We made a last-minute detour to stay here for a night after taking a wrong turn on the way to Hukou Waterfall. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, quiet, and comfortable. The staff are also very nice, and the breakfast is substantial. Highly recommended!

UUmafengyaI stayed for 3 nights and the hotel upgraded me to a suite. It's located in the podium building of Wanda Community. The facilities are new, clean, and the service is excellent. There's a neighborhood supermarket right at the main entrance. It's convenient for shopping, dining, and parking! Laundry is free. The restaurant isn't very large and can get a bit crowded when there are a lot of people, but the dishes are well-balanced, and there's a wide variety, with different options every day. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserIt was the quietest night I stayed in during my trip. I never expected that there would be such a B&B in the valley of Shanxi. There is also a restaurant open at 9pm. Although the staff have not received long-term training, you can see the simple folk customs of farmers from them. The room furnishings and supplies are comparable to those of homestays in Jiangsu and Zhejiang. The scenery is indeed a unique valley style in the north. Not far away are some cultural relics in the village and the ruins of old cave dwellings. The evaluation of picking chrysanthemums under the eastern fence and seeing Nanshan leisurely is also in line with

GGuest UserUpon check-in, I discovered it was a brand under Huazhu Hotels Group. The hotel's decor was relatively new, and the rooms were spacious and clean, reflecting the Huazhu Hotels Group style. The female staff were all warm and polite, proactively offering assistance during check-in and check-out, making me feel welcome; the service deserves high marks. The hotel offers free laundry facilities and a gym, among other amenities, making it quite well-equipped. The bathrooms provided conditioner, and bottled water was free—these are all pluses. The breakfast selection was plentiful, but the taste could perhaps be improved. Also, a power outlet near the sink was partially detached and should be repaired promptly. Transportation is very convenient, about a 20-minute drive from the airport. Overall, it's a good hotel, living up to its rating.

AAnonymous User散客入住的話需要謹慎，工作人員説他們酒店大部分都是接旅行團的，很少有散客。所以如果時間趕的不對的話，坐電梯和吃早餐都是很大問題。我們第二天早晨等電梯下樓就等了十分鐘。
設施比較老舊，電梯慢，網速很慢，衞生間地漏反味嚴重，隔音一般。但設施還比較齊全，該有的都有。
保潔人員問題最嚴重，入住第二天晚上回來發現房間根本沒打掃，後來前台讓進來打掃她還一臉懵：“你是要打掃房間？”難道你們酒店沒有這項服務？？另外坐電梯的時候保潔推着車就搶進去了，住客等了半天衹能再等下一趟。感覺完全沒經過培訓的樣子。
門卡會收10塊錢按金。
優點是酒店員工都很熱情，有問題能及時溝通解決，在攜程選的房型升級也體驗到了。加的一床被子很快送到了房間。晚上會提供小米粥和小吃。
停車場很大，還有地庫，自駕停車友好。（但是第二天發現車門被塞了小廣告！差評！）
