This hotel exceeded my expectations! The location was perfect, close to the center and everything I needed. The breakfast was truly outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful, even accommodating my request for a late checkout without hesitation. The room itself was spotless and the bed incredibly comfortable, with a pillow that ensured a restful sleep. My only minor complaint was the presence of a few tiny flies on the bed, despite the overall cleanliness of the room. Despite this small issue, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, delicious breakfast, helpful staff, and comfortable accommodations.

Nice place with professional services. Thank you to Ms. Mia Lu and Ms Kitty Gao who really help us with patiently. They booked online taxi and we can came to train station without late. Even that was rain, they also book another online taxi when our luggage was not enough.. they accompany us and give some snacks while we didn't get breakfast because it was 5 am. Thank very much.

The facilities are a bit old. The breakfast is good and rich. It is located in the center of Linyi. The surrounding shopping malls are very busy. It is probably in the central area. I ate Xiangmin fried chicken. It is very unique. There are many people queuing up. A tent was set up at the door of the hotel, just like a buffet.

Facilities: The hotel is clean, comfortable and well-arranged. The facilities and equipment are complete and super good. The overall style is very healing and reassuring. There is also a free underground parking lot and laundry room. There is also a small refrigerator in the room, which is really super convenient. Hygiene: The room is also very clean, the bedding is tidy, and the pillows in the room are particularly comfortable, which allowed me to sleep well all night. The breakfast is rich in variety and delicious, and both Chinese and Western breakfasts are provided, which is very considerate. Service: The service of the front desk staff is excellent. They are enthusiastic and efficient. They provide more than 60 considerate services and basically respond to all requests. The hotel has its own cafe, the coffee is super fragrant, thumbs up 👍! The price of less than 300 yuan actually booked a four-star hotel, which was the most surprising thing about this National Day trip to Linyi. The hotel has a large courtyard, so parking is very convenient. The front desk, security, waiters, etc. are very enthusiastic and considerate, patiently helping to arrange parking spaces, and intimately escorting to the room, fully demonstrating the hospitality of Shandong people. The room is very tidy, all toiletries are textured, and towels and bath towels are packaged in disposable moisture-proof bags, which gives people a good feeling. Although the hotel is an old house, it has been newly renovated and is very special, especially the bedding, which uses Morandi gray and yellow series. Fruits, snacks and other foods are also given, and a bottle of hydroponic green radish is placed on the table. These details make people feel like they are back home. The room is very quiet, so that the family has a good night's sleep. The hotel is located in the city center, near the railway station, and it is very convenient to eat and play nearby. I really recommend this hotel when traveling to Linyi for business.

Had a great stay. The rooms were spacious, clean and had a modem finish. The breakfast was delicious. Had both Chinese and western options, with a spectacular view.

The service is still very good. Although the air conditioner in the room may have a problem at the beginning, after I reported it, Manager Lin at the front desk immediately changed the room and specially arranged it. It was very thoughtful!

The place was amazing, and the breakfast buffet was great. The big downside about this place is that it’s a smoking hotel, and people smoke everywhere in it, except maybe the breakfast place because I didn’t see anyone smoking there when I was there. And very few of them speak english, and it’s not that good but they try their best. And the word thing is they got into the room, when we were out, despite us turning on the do not disturb sign!! They did that everyday, I meant the got in to clean, but I hope they could respect the (do not disturb) sign.

The hotel covers a very large area, with the main building, executive building, office building, etc. We stayed in the executive building this time. The apartments above the suites are all in the executive building. There are 8 rooms on the first floor. The visual room area is 100+. The hotel dishes are fresh and rich, clean and tidy, the environment is elegant, and the service is warm and thoughtful. Complete facilities, SOS and wall extension phones on the toilet, double five-star praise! I will stay in Linyi next time!
