"I am a loyal Hilton guest, consistently booking through Ctrip for all my travels. My wife and I recently visited Linyi for Jiang Yuheng's concert, and it was a fantastic, incredibly enjoyable experience! Hilton's quality never disappoints; our stay was excellent, and we were thoroughly satisfied. The hotel offers comprehensive amenities. The laundry room, in particular, was excellent, leaving our clothes clean and fresh. The staff were exceptionally warm and hospitable. When the delivery robot couldn't reach our floor, a staff member immediately brought our food up, which was a truly thoughtful gesture and deeply appreciated. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, and we thoroughly enjoyed every meal. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. I will definitely continue to choose Hilton for future trips, as their quality consistently meets my expectations. Thank you so much! Thumbs up!"

"I redeemed the points for welcome fruit. It was not bad. It was an old hotel, but the service facilities and other aspects were good. It was good to have 6 bottles of water in the room. The view at night was also OK."

"I chose this hotel because it is another a 30-minute walk from the Art Museum. I got a room upgrade, it was spacious and very warm. The hotel breakfast had a good selection. I have no complaints 😎"

"The hotel front desk and service staff were excellent. Before check-in, a customer service representative contacted us in advance to confirm our arrival time and inquire about the number of guests and if we were driving. The negative feedback comes from the breakfast. Breakfast officially ends at 10 AM, but when we arrived at 9 AM, many dishes were already gone. Upon asking, the staff informed us they wouldn't be replenished. We didn't get to try the local specialty, 'Sa Tang' (a type of porridge). The juice dispenser dispensed what was clearly just water. The coffee machine wasn't cleaned promptly enough, leading to it being out of order. Many items that required manual preparation were not made or displayed, even after an hour of waiting. Even basic fried rice and fruit were not refilled. The room cleanliness was generally good, and the bedding was changed after each guest. However, the small table had dust on it, requiring multiple wipes with a wet tissue."

"Based on my recent stay at the George Morandi Hotel in Linyi, I can confidently say that it exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the rooms were clean and modern, and the amenities were top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Linyi.and the food were delicious especially Linyi chicken,. "Arriving in Linyi, travel-worn from Tianjin, the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, all my fatigue quietly melted away. Traveling with a child always adds a layer of concern, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that every one of those worries was gently addressed by the thoughtful care here. The most delightful surprise was undoubtedly the unexpected room upgrade. Our originally booked room type was quietly upgraded to a more spacious and comfortable one. The bright floor-to-ceiling windows offered gentle views of Linyi's streetscape, feeling like an unexpected gift that instantly elevated the quality of our stay. This silent yet profound gesture of thoughtfulness made us, first-time visitors, feel truly at home and welcomed. This warmth was further exemplified and brought to life in the lobby bar. An employee named Shi Keqian, with her genuine smile and friendly demeanor, made a rich, aromatic handcrafted coffee that, with each sip, seemed to melt away the lingering travel fatigue. What warmed our hearts even more was her thoughtful attention to our child – she specially offered some delicate and adorable cookies. The smile on our child's face, clutching the cookies, was more captivating than any scenic view. Ms. Shi's genuine kindness wasn't just part of a service protocol; it was a heartfelt expression of hospitality that made this hotel feel less like a temporary lodging and more like the home of a warm and welcoming Linyi friend. On a separate note, the swimming pool and other facilities, including their service, were quite disappointing. After a swim, we found there was virtually no body wash or shampoo available in the showers. When we inquired, we were met with various excuses. This really detracts from the overall experience at such a large, high-star hotel!"

"This stay experience exceeded expectations! The layout of the room is reasonable, the decoration is simple and modern, the human characters wooden floor and warm light strip create a warm atmosphere. The double bed is moderately soft and hard, the bedding is clean and comfortable, and the small decorative paintings and lighting design on the bedside are very stylish. I especially like the small round table area by the window. It is very pleasant to sit and deal with work or have a cup of coffee at night. The surprise is that the hotel is also equipped with a gym (key!) Although there are not many equipment, the water blocking boating machine and dynamic bicycles are very new. The large windows allow you to see the city view when you exercise. Open until 22:00 is very friendly to night owls (it is also very convenient to see the laundry room in the same area). Traveling on business will consider staying again! (PS: The front desk service responded quickly, and the gym location was intimately reminded when checking in)"

"I had a great stay at this hotel during my trip to Linyi. It’s conveniently located about 15-20 minutes from the airport, making it a very practical choice for travelers. The hotel has a charming Chinese style that gives it a unique local touch. The room was very clean, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable, which made for a restful night after a long day of travel. Although the reception staff doesn’t speak English, they were extremely kind and helpful, always doing their best to assist me with anything I needed. Overall, this hotel was perfect for my trip. It had everything I needed: a good location, cleanliness, and friendly service. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Linyi in the future."
