GGuest UserThe Hyatt hotel boasts an elegant and high-quality renovation that's well-maintained. Its location is excellent, surrounded by a variety of shops. Across the road, People's Square hosts night market stalls, offering a vibrant and lively atmosphere. Although there's some noise, the hotel thoughtfully provides earplugs for guests. Both the bathroom and bed linens are top-notch and very comfortable. The bedside lamps are incredibly practical. Breakfast offers a wide selection of fresh, high-quality ingredients. Even the salt and pepper shakers demonstrate the hotel's attention to detail! The coffee shop on the ground floor is very appealing. From its decor and comfortable furnishings to the placement of coffee-related art, it's clear the owner has excellent taste! The coffee shop and the Hyatt complement each other beautifully. A small suggestion: the grout on the bathroom floor needs repairing to maintain its high standard!

GGuest UserThe hotel is extremely luxurious and designed beautifully. But the service is TERRİBLE. No one speaks english… there is no food available for room service. İ wanted to drink a beer and they told me to go to the supermarket.
İ wanted to order room service after 20.30 they told me no english and hung up on my face. After 10 mins 2 people came to my room telling me they dont have room service, after 20.30 even though the menu said 24 hours.
The next day i tried to order at 16.00 and they told me it starts at 18.30…
the design and the quality of the hotel is maybe the best ive seen in my life but the service is 0/10 … no cola to drink no food to eat .. i would not reccomend if you want to spend a lot of time in it.

Overall was ok an pleasant, room was good size and comfortable,
but cleaning was inconsistent, one day they would do everything, but forget to put toilet paper, another day they wouldn't change flip flops, every day I was coming from work, something was different from the other day,
My other issue was, the software program that controls the lighting automation of the room was buggy. it would short circuit, light switches sometimes controlled random area, I touched the aircon once with my hand that I recently applied cream on, it short circuited and another light when on! one night in the middle of the night the toilet lights automatically went on (not creepy at all!) and the ”do not disturb button sometimes would remain latched on as hard as you try to get it off, meant that I couldn't get my room cleaned one day. when I explained this to them, they sent somebody upstairs to check. and at that time, it behaved normal, so they didn't do anything about it. I wasn't too demanding and insisting either, as I was hardly at the hotel anyway.

SShenhuaqingyuanThe hotel front desk staff were incredibly professional and accommodating to all guest requests. The ladies at the front desk were impeccably groomed, very presentable, and quite lovely. (Just a side note: I'm a woman, and I appreciate seeing beautiful people!) The bedding in the room was exceptionally comfortable, making it very easy to fall asleep. The hotel's self-service laundry facilities were excellent, and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of dishes, catering to both local tastes and the diverse needs of out-of-town visitors – which is the most important thing.

TTianyayifeiA very warm business trip. The reception at the front desk was very enthusiastic. I took a special look at the receptionist, his employee number was 057, thank you. The next day, I was in a hurry to go out to do something and threw my used socks on the floor. When I got back to the hotel, the staff had already washed it for me. Although the matter is small, it makes me feel warm inside. Thank you service staff.

AAnonymous UserWe arrived at the hotel in the late evening of 31st May. There was only one staff member at the counter, and she insisted on taking photos of our passports as well as individual photos of our faces, stating that it was the hotel’s policy.
We have travelled extensively across various cities in China, both big and small, and this is the only hotel that has required such procedures, which we feel *seriously infringe on our privacy*. This made us very uncomfortable, and we are genuinely concerned about how our personal data might be used or stored.
We were only staying for a few hours before leaving at dawn to catch an early flight the next morning.
