On the return trip, I passed by Linyi. I was attracted by the night view of Linyi. I stopped by the roadside and saw a lot of hotels. I finally decided to open the Xi'an Hotel this year. It may be ten o'clock in the store. The two waiters at the front desk have a super good attitude. After I checked in, I went downstairs to have something to consult. At that time, the waiter was communicating with other guests, but when I saw me, I still smiled and told me hello. This service attitude is rarely encountered elsewhere. The service attitude of Xi'an Hotel, as well as various supporting facilities in the room, is rarely encountered. Now many new hotels do not have clothesline. This hotel is not only available, but also the clothesline that fell down when the clothes were hung in the previous hotel. Xi'an Hotel has a buckle and the rope is very tight. There are many hangers, the configuration of the laundry room is also thoughtful, the breakfast is delicious, the bedding is comfortable, the room is clean and hygienic, the hotel management is very careful, the service staff is very good, and the next time you go out, you will first consider Xi'an.

This time, shortly after I checked in, Sister Yu from the 12th floor promptly returned it to me, delivering it right to my room. I understood then that it wasn't just about a piece of clothing; it reflected the thoughtful dedication and effort of all the hotel staff. It genuinely warmed my heart, truly touched me. A simple 'thank you' felt utterly inadequate. Then there's a second story: Today, I had an early start, needing to leave for Beijing at 6:00 AM, but breakfast officially begins at 7:00 AM. I mentioned this to the restaurant server, who said she would check with her supervisor. The next day, when I checked out at 6:00 AM, the kind lady at the front desk handed me a breakfast box. Due to the tight schedule, I didn't get a chance to ask for the name of the server in the restaurant. This time, a 'thank you' simply doesn't convey my immense gratitude. My deepest respect goes out to the staff, and kudos to Mr. Du Hotel. Through your actions, you truly embody and exemplify what 'service awareness' and the 'true essence of service' are all about.

The room was very spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable, making my stay relaxing after long days. The staff truly stood out — they were professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Their service made me feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. One of the highlights was the drop-off service. It’s not a bus, but a VIP private car just for you, which made transportation easy, comfortable, and premium. This level of service is rare and truly impressive. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. After this experience, during my visits to China, I will only be staying with this hotel brand. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a premium experience.

The parking lot has ample spaces, the plaza is large, and parking is free. The lobby manager, Ms. Liu Xin, was very welcoming, and the front desk staff were also very professional. The concierge provided luggage storage, excellent assistance with getting in and out of vehicles, and package pickup services. Overall, the experience was excellent. The rooms have large, bright windows, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. The location is convenient, with many restaurants nearby. Transportation is very convenient. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay. Hot towels and warm water were available at the bar for handwashing.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. Both the facilities and service are comparable to Atour hotels (there's one right next door), but the price here is more budget-friendly. I particularly want to highlight the breakfast. For a hotel in this price range, it's arguably the best I've had. Not only is there a wide variety, but every single dish tastes great and is prepared with care. They clearly don't cut corners just because it's a hotel breakfast; it could easily compete with good restaurants outside. I made sure to take extra photos. The hotel's location is also fantastic; you can easily walk to the river in the evening to enjoy the night views.

Facilities: The facilities are a bit dated but well-maintained. Hygiene: The hygiene is quite good; it's clean and tidy. Environment: The location is great, making it convenient to get anywhere, perfect for travel. The hotel offers free parking. East-facing high-floor rooms offer views of the Yi River, TV tower, and other landmarks. I didn't experience the hotel's dining this time, but Pullman's food is generally reliable. There are many restaurants nearby, and it's also very close to Taisheng, making dining very convenient. Service: Bailey provided exceptional service. The front desk and concierge staff were warm and welcoming. Room service was remarkably prompt, which I feel is better than most five-star hotels. Overall, highly recommended.

A very warm business trip. The reception at the front desk was very enthusiastic. I took a special look at the receptionist, his employee number was 057, thank you. The next day, I was in a hurry to go out to do something and threw my used socks on the floor. When I got back to the hotel, the staff had already washed it for me. Although the matter is small, it makes me feel warm inside. Thank you service staff.

The room was clean and tidy, and provided a large bottle of water, fruit platter, yogurt, and cookies. There was also a small tent, plush toys, building blocks, and a rocking horse, which the children loved. The breakfast was plentiful, and the hot spring was fantastic.
