"Absolutely amazing, incredibly good value for money! The hygiene is excellent, with fresh linens and towels for every guest. The hotel's toiletries are not cheap substitutes, and since we had a child with us, they even provided kids' slippers and toothbrushes. The service was also incredibly warm and friendly. I accidentally used my power card instead of my room key when leaving, and when I came back, I couldn't get in. A lovely lady from the front building ran over to open the door for us – I was so touched! Every service interaction was so welcoming. Upon check-in, they brought us complimentary fruit, drinks, and snacks. The next morning, as soon as we opened the door, there was mineral water and fruit waiting outside – they are truly thoughtful! The self-service breakfast is also very rich; you absolutely *must* try the 'shan' (porridge/soup), and the lamb soup truly surprised me, haha, it was fantastic! All in all, it was a wonderful stay, and I'll definitely choose Ronghua again next time."

"My wife and I booked two nights at the hotel in a week and the booking was confirmed to us. Upon arrival at the hotel at the reception desk, the receptionist told us that they would not be able to check us in since the staff had a day off and insisted that we cancel the reservation. At the same time, she calmly registered the Chinese standing next to her. As it turned out later, she was too lazy to work with foreigners and enter the data of our passports. A friend came to her aid, who helped us check into the hotel. It was very unpleasant that due to the fact that we are foreigners, we were denied our own booking. As for the room, it was clean except for an old shower and a non-working fireplace. I do not advise you to stay here as a foreigner and we will not come to this hotel ourselves anymore."

While there's a small, uneven parking lot right in front of the hotel, you have to walk quite a distance to catch a taxi. The hotel staff's attitude was okay, but I definitely won't be staying here again."

Based on a Ctrip recommendation, we booked a family room at this hotel, and our stay was excellent, far exceeding our expectations. Before check-in, they proactively informed us about the night market across the street and asked for our preference. They maintained timely communication via WeChat/phone, arranging for the bed to be moved and the air conditioning to be turned on in advance, which was perfect for a family trip. The breakfast service was spot-on, and the cultural and creative handicrafts were a highlight. I've already recommended this hotel to several friends. "Traveling with friends, I did some research online and finally chose this hotel. As soon as I entered the lobby, there was a faint, very pleasant aroma. The front desk had a self-service coffee machine, juice, pastries, and fruits. The lady at the front desk greeted us warmly with a smile, checked us in quickly, and patiently recommended nearby attractions. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to all the sights. In the evening, we tried the 'Jiu Jiu Fried Chicken' she recommended, and it was delicious. The room was spacious, and the bathroom with its separate wet and dry areas was spotlessly clean. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean; there were no stains or odors in the corners or the bathroom. The bedding was soft, and I slept very soundly. The front desk staff were friendly, and the check-in process was efficient. They responded promptly to any requests. The soundproofing was good, so it was very quiet at night. All the facilities were well-maintained and functional. For the price, it offers excellent value for money. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. "This was first stay at hoiiday inn express in Linyi. Hotel was fully booked due to october holiday. Staff is very friendly annd rooms are ok. Amaneties in room are scarce and they should include coffee bags, not only tea. Breakfast was not the usual holidday in standard but ok for one night stay."

Anonymous UserThe overall experience of staying is OK, the parking is not friendly. The parking lot is very large and should be shared with other stores. Every time you leave the car, you need to enter the license plate number. The front desk did not take the initiative to inform, which delayed some time. The room was hygienic and the pillow was a bit high and uncomfortable to sleep; The breakfast is quite satisfactory. The sister of Mingshi is very friendly. I like 👍 It is better to have a fruit fork next to the fruit cut.

Guest UserThe parking lot has ample spaces, the plaza is large, and parking is free. The lobby manager, Ms. Liu Xin, was very welcoming, and the front desk staff were also very professional. The concierge provided luggage storage, excellent assistance with getting in and out of vehicles, and package pickup services. Overall, the experience was excellent. The rooms have large, bright windows, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. The location is convenient, with many restaurants nearby. Transportation is very convenient. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay.
Hot towels and warm water were available at the bar for handwashing.

Leaving the hotel with a heavy heart, this marks my third stay at Mr. Du Hotel. Each visit brings a new story. On my last stay, I accidentally left an item of clothing behind. This time, shortly after I checked in, Sister Yu from the 12th floor promptly returned it to me, delivering it right to my room. I understood then that it wasn't just about a piece of clothing; it reflected the thoughtful dedication and effort of all the hotel staff. It genuinely warmed my heart, truly touched me. A simple 'thank you' felt utterly inadequate.
Then there's a second story: Today, I had an early start, needing to leave for Beijing at 6:00 AM, but breakfast officially begins at 7:00 AM. I mentioned this to the restaurant server, who said she would check with her supervisor. The next day, when I checked out at 6:00 AM, the kind lady at the front desk handed me a breakfast box. Due to the tight schedule, I didn't get a chance to ask for the name of the server in the restaurant. This time, a 'thank you' simply doesn't convey my immense gratitude.
My deepest respect goes out to the staff, and kudos to Mr. Du Hotel. Through your actions, you truly embody and exemplify what 'service awareness' and the 'true essence of service' are all about.

The hotel front desk staff were incredibly professional and accommodating to all guest requests. The ladies at the front desk were impeccably groomed, very presentable, and quite lovely. (Just a side note: I'm a woman, and I appreciate seeing beautiful people!) The bedding in the room was exceptionally comfortable, making it very easy to fall asleep. The hotel's self-service laundry facilities were excellent, and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of dishes, catering to both local tastes and the diverse needs of out-of-town visitors – which is the most important thing.

TianyayifeiA very warm business trip. The reception at the front desk was very enthusiastic. I took a special look at the receptionist, his employee number was 057, thank you. The next day, I was in a hurry to go out to do something and threw my used socks on the floor. When I got back to the hotel, the staff had already washed it for me. Although the matter is small, it makes me feel warm inside. Thank you service staff.

Wake up early in the morning, the most looking forward to the hotel's breakfast time. Entering the restaurant, the dazzling array of cuisines came into view, from the steaming Chinese breakfast to the exquisite and delicious Western food, everything was mouth-watering. The breakfast was varied and balanced, and it injected full vitality into my day.
What makes me more satisfied is the sanitary condition of the hotel. The room was clean and tidy, spotless, and every detail was handled just right, making people feel at ease and comfortable. After a good night's sleep, the whole person was refreshed.
Ginza Jiayi Hotel is not only a rich breakfast, first-class sanitary conditions, but also a very comfortable overall environment. Whether it is service attitude or facilities, it makes people feel the warmth of home. This trip to Linyi, because of the company of Ginza Jiayi Hotel, has become more memorable and beautiful.
