They made the entire check-in process smooth and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade from a small room to a much bigger one, which was truly amazing. When I got to the room, it was beautiful—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. To top it off, there was a basket filled with fruits, snacks, and drinks waiting for me, which was such a thoughtful touch. The following morning, I was even given extra water, fruits, and snacks. I honestly wasn’t expecting any of this, and I truly appreciated the kindness and generosity. I will definitely be coming back and will be recommending this hotel to all my friends visiting the city. Thank you so much for such an incredible experience!
