Before check-in, the commissioner Xiao Fan called to inquire about check-in preferences and other matters in detail. The whole communication process was very smooth and efficient. Even if we were a lot later than the booking time, we were very patient to assist us in the check-in. The facilities of the room are very new, the decoration is also very distinctive and specially made smoke-free treatment, which is great. If you come to Weinan in the future, you will choose here.

[Accommodation experience] The room is clean and comfortable, the bedding is superb, the window is the mountain view, it is so happy to lie on the bed and watch the sunrise.
[Featured experience] The open-air pool on the top of the mountain soaking in the mountain spring water, the infinity pool shooting a blockbuster sunset, the apricot flower forest afternoon tea is romantic
[Gourmet highlights] Firewood kiln toast bread is soft in the outer and the inside, full of wheat in the yard, and you can also experience roasted sweet potatoes, full of fireworks
[Supporting facilities] Oversized book mountain, book bar tea house, Songyu healing, children's play area, lying flat for three days is not enough to play
[Service details] The staff is warm and thoughtful, there is no thunder throughout the whole process, and the details are full.

GGuest UserThe first time I came to Linyi was on the way back from a trip during the May Day holiday. I booked this hotel for a day off in Linyi! It was much better than I thought, because it was a newly opened hotel with new facilities! The service was warm, and I was given a free upgrade to a suite! The breakfast was rich, and there were free welcome drinks in the lobby. The underground parking lot was also quite large and free, but every time I went out, I had to inform the front desk that it was valid for fifteen minutes, which was not very convenient. In addition, the exhaust fan in the room was too small and felt useless. Everything else was very good, a very satisfactory stay experience, and I would choose this place again next time I come to Linyi.

Although it is an old hotel for more than 30 years, the facilities are well maintained, hot water is sufficient, air conditioning is warm, the mattress is comfortable, and the room is clean and hygienic. Convenient transportation, directly to the train station. Especially the service is first-class, and the store is like home. Early breakfast is more varied and tastes good. GGuest UserThe hotel lobby is decorated in a grand style. The lobby receptionist Shi Lei checked me in very efficiently. He not only introduced the restaurant and surrounding attractions, but also arranged a quiet room for me according to my request. He also gave me a footbath after learning that I had driven for a day. It was so thoughtful. It happened to be Women's Day that day, and they also gave me a red rose, which made me feel happy! The guest room bedding is skin-friendly, and the staff are very polite, making you feel at home!

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is genuinely great! My kids woke up late while we were traveling, so we didn't go to breakfast until after 9 AM, but even then, the spread was still complete. The variety here is already richer than other places I've stayed, which is something to commend. The hotel lobby is grand, and the facilities are all new and very convenient to use. The service, too, is beyond words! As soon as I walked in, the front desk staff smiled at me and even proactively offered children's slippers and toothbrushes for my kids. The attention to detail is impressive, and everything is clean, with comfortable bedding. I slept so peacefully the whole night. [Strong][Strong][Strong]

The services at the front desk, guest rooms, and catering are all very good and in place. The room is very clean and very warm in winter. The service attitude of the staff is very diligent.
