The room was quite spacious, clean, and tidy! The breakfast selection was rich and varied! The hotel's surroundings offer convenient transportation and easy shopping. The front desk service was superb; even before we arrived in Linyi City, the hotel staff called us in advance to ask if we had children with us and if we needed parking, among other things! The service is genuinely excellent!

The apartment is ok for it’s price, you get what you pay for. I was impressed reading reviews that the cleanliness is on the high level, but I don’t think so. There was mold and lots of insects in the bathroom. The check in should have been at 14:00, but we were able to get to our room only by 16:00. But I liked the bed, it was pretty soft and clean.

Facilities: We're a family of three and booked a double room. The only minor issue was that I didn't realize the beds were 1.2 meters wide, so it was a bit cramped for sleeping. I wanted to upgrade the room, but we came back too late the next day after sightseeing, so we just made do. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: The environment is great, with a RT-Mart supermarket right downstairs, making it super convenient for anything you need. Service: The staff were very accommodating. My family all said they had a great stay, and the breakfast was also very nice. My child ate well, and I felt the hotel's pancakes were better than those outside. I forgot to take pictures of the room; I was too tired from the journey and just lay down as soon as we arrived.

Everything about this hotel was great. The location is convenient within the business district. Decoration of the room is nice and also spacious. Amenities provided was good quality. The breakfast selection became a bit repetitive but overall acceptable. The pool and gym is connected to the larger office building so was a bit busy but glad we were able to access it.

I've never left a negative review before, but I still felt uncomfortable a day later, so this bad review goes to the front desk receptionist, Wang Yuchen. 1: There were many people smoking in the lobby, and the staff seemed to turn a blind eye (I understand that the hotel is connected to a restaurant, and restaurant guests are difficult to manage, but for guests who hate smoke, it's really terrible). 2: The hotel's service was very poor. Ms. Wang at the front desk even said that 90% of their business is government-related, making it feel like they don't need individual guests like us at all. 3: The lobby was bustling and noisy; it's not suitable for people who like peace and quiet. Also, on two separate noons, I encountered shouting, drunk people in the hotel. 4: Breakfast ended at 9:30 AM, and around 9:10 AM, many food labels were already removed. Moreover, the breakfast staff's management was surprisingly poor. Around 9:20 AM, many staff members were already packing up bread, cakes, and various dishes, and from their conversations, it sounded like they were taking them home... Honestly, for frequent hotel guests like us, these things aren't entirely unacceptable. After all, there were many small highlights during our stay, such as the kind cleaning lady, the tall male receptionist who was also nice, the clean kids' play area, and despite being an older hotel, the well-equipped facilities were still quite good. Every dish we ordered at the Yugefang restaurant was super delicious, and so on. However, could you please consider reassigning Wang Yuchen from the front desk? She is not suitable for a front desk role. Her state-owned enterprise employee mentality and self-centered attitude are more suited for a back-office management position. She not only lacks problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence but also causes trouble for colleagues. Her stern face and stiff way of speaking made it seem as if I owed her money. Ugh, while editing this message, I wanted to give 1 star, but when I rated it on Ctrip, I still gave scores based on the actual conditions of the environment, facilities, and hygiene. I consider myself a kind person, which just goes to show how bad Wang Yuchen's service was. Looking at other negative reviews, many mention poor service, and I suspect she might be the reason behind many of them.

Arrived at the hotel after dropping off my child at school and was pleasantly surprised when I opened the room door. It was clean and spacious, making me feel relaxed. The floor was spotless, no dust in the corners, and the large window made the room bright and well-ventilated. I could open my suitcase without bumping into anything, and it felt roomy even when lying down at night. After showering, the bathroom was dry with no musty smell. Relaxing here felt even more comfortable than being at home 🌟

Very good value for money, there is no drying rack on the balcony. There are more balconies, more wardrobes, and the others are similar. A little not sunny and blocked. However, considering the price, these can be ignored. Still worth recommending. Parking at night to the opposite parking lot, there are fewer parking spaces downstairs.
