Waren zu dritt am Sonntag Brunchlunchen. Alle Speisen inklusive des Rindsgulasch (Lieblingsspeise von Tenor Tauber) ausgezeichnet geschmeckt! Angenehmer, kompetenter Service. Kommen gerne wieder. Danke für dieses kulinarische Erlebnis!

This hotel is in a great location, and the staff was outstanding! I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Linz. The hotel is very clean. I had a few special request for my room which were accommodated without any pushback. I felt very welcome and would definitely return.

Sehr schönes Hotel mitten in der Altstadt. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, der Service super. Blonde Dame am die Rezeption sehr lieb und nett! Die Zimmer sind sehr schön. Wirklich zu empfehlen!!! Ich werde mit Sicherheit zurückkommen!!!

What a miserable hotel. Booked 5 nights and left after 3 nights. Location was great. Rooms okay. But the staff!! Really need training in customer service. Appalling service. On Check in not a word, but just a piece of paper shoved at us to complete. Young girl with black hair had serious attitude problem. Next morning went down to have breakfast. Just totally ignored. Older guy with pony tail made eye contact and turned his back on us. Seemed more interested chatting with receptionist. Do we wait to be seated or just sit somewhere? No idea. Like I said just ignored. We went elsewhere to get food. In the 3 days we stayed there not once were we spoken to. Stay elsewhere, where you may get a bit of service or something. We have spent 6 months in the last 18 months travelling around Europe. Never experienced anything like it. Shocking hotel.

The hotel was in a convenient location for me to walk to all of the Christmas markets, which was the reason for my trip. The staff was very nice and the single room was comfy. I even had my own balcony! Would definitley recommend

Nous sommes partis le matin. Je me suis aperçue que j'avais un vêtement de marque (robe en soie) dans l'armoire de l'hôtel , j'ai téléphoné en fin d'après midi pour que l'on me renvoie le vêtement ou bien trouver une solution pour récupérer la robe, on ne m'a jamais rappelé malgré qu'ils m'avaient dit qu'ils le feraient. J'ai pourtant rappelé deux autre fois.
