"Absolutely not recommended!! From booking to departure, it was nothing but a hassle!! Everything was done electronically, including on-site check-in, which was plagued by massive technical problems, meaning that two reception staff members had to deal with arriving guests. All in all, everything took much longer than a traditional check-in, and the other guests were also annoyed. There were no toilets or seating in the lobby. A huge glass front let in the sun, making it extremely difficult to see the check-in terminal displays. You're bombarded with emails from booking to departure. Seven (!) emails in one morning on the day of departure!! The rooms were very spartan and poorly designed (design over practicality). There was a pillar in the middle of the room, which took up valuable space. Despite the double glazing, the rooms facing the street were noisy! The only decent thing was the breakfast, although even that could be improved. For example, the cook responsible for scrambled and boiled eggs has his cooking station positioned with his back to the guests. This means he can't see who comes to his station and might have a request. The cleanliness at this station also left much to be desired. The access road to the hotel isn't signposted, so anyone unfamiliar with the area will have trouble finding it. In short: the price-performance ratio is unacceptable!"

The room is very basic but functional and the single bed is in a wooden environment which limits the movements in the night. "We stayed in the "Cozy" apartment in Linz for an extended weekend. We were very satisfied. It's spacious, beautiful, very bright, with large windows, the bed was super comfortable, everything was clean, the bedroom is separate (so you can close the door if someone gets up early, for example), and the toilet is also separate from the small bathroom. Everything was great for us; we had a view of the quiet inner courtyard. I don't understand some of the negative reviews here; the value for money is really good, and you just can't get 45 m² with two large rooms for that price in the best neighborhood or right on the town square. We'd love to come back!"
