Linz Hotels with Breakfast

Die Lage direkt am Hauptplatz ist ideal, hier ist alles fußläufig erreichbar und die Straßenbahn hält vor der Türe. Das Design des Motel one, wie überall einmalig und schön; dass man einer Alleinreisenden Frau aber erst mal ein dunkles Loch mit Fenster zu einem 2qm ”Licht”-Schacht anbietet ist fast schon sexistisch. Mein Bruder bekam vor einiger Zeit, auch alleinreisend, sofort ein schönes Zimmer zum Hauptplatz. Lästig auch, dass die Zimmerkarte schon eine halbe Stunde vor Checkout time gesperrt ist und das Zimmermädchen drängelnd klopft, obwohl das ”Nicht stören Schild” an der Tür hängt.

This was the best hotel I stayed at in the entire Czech Republic, Austria, and Hungary region. The experience was excellent and a pleasant surprise. Facilities: The room was spacious with high ceilings, a separate bathtub and shower, and all the necessary amenities were provided, including a refrigerator, stove, electric kettle, coffee maker, and safe. Cleanliness: Spotless; mirrors and glass were dust-free and watermark-free; the bed was neatly made with no wrinkles. Environment: Located in the heart of Linz, it's a quiet spot despite being in a bustling area, surrounded by shopping malls and a central square. Service: During check-in, the front desk thoughtfully switched the iPad to a Chinese interface and recommended nearby supermarkets and restaurants.

Alles top! Das Team war sehr freundlich und der Zimmerwechsel aufgrund des fehlenden Warmwassers verlief schnell und völlig unkompliziert. Einziger Verbesserungspunkt: Dass die Zimmerreinigung bis zum Vortag per QR-Code angemeldet werden muss, ist für Gäste zu wenig sichtbar. Dieser Hinweis sollte beim Check-in und im Zimmer deutlich präsenter kommuniziert werden.

We were overall very satisfied with the hotel. All was clean, modern and beautifully designed. Specially practical we found the deep garage, which is extra cost, but offers a very comfortable parking possibility. Unfortunately, we had a little trouble with our family room because it was very cold. We reported this, but nothing could be changed in such a short term. Although a small heat body was provided to us, the room remained cold. Positively highlighted is the reception: very friendly, helpful and trying to support us as best as possible. Probably it was just a unhappy coincidence. Despite all the things we can recommend the hotel more warmly.

The only downside was the noise level from the soundscape rehearsal late in the evening. It was fine at 8 pm, but until 10:30 pm it was really unacceptable. Please forward this to the tourist office. Not everyone is on vacation. There are also business travelers who need to work on their laptops in their rooms in the evenings. With that massive percussion and drumming, that wasn't possible. Beautiful and impressive, no doubt, but the timing was unacceptable. You can't expect that just two days before the event. Otherwise, I wouldn't have booked with you. There are personal shopping malls, supermarkets and private parking spaces next to the hotel. It is a little farther away from the square. For the Chinese stomach, which is not used to western food, the Chinese restaurant is far away. It has not been completed due to the rain. The service is very good. The 9-year-old child will be charged 10 euros per person per day. The service is good, the facilities are complete and clean, but the space is a little smaller.

Disappointing stay at this hotel. 1. Thermostat not working within the room were the ambient temperature I guess was around 25 degrees. As front desk to resolve and was advised that none of the thermostats within the hotel worked as it was centrally heated. Advise was to open the window...obviously the front desk rep would not have slept in this room with the window open to the traffic noise. 2. Paid room tax by cash upon arrival and requested receipt for expenses and was advised i would receive this at checkout. So at checkout I was then advised the hotel had emailed the receipt to me and as you can guess I never received. Front desk then advised it was being resent and likewise never received. To the manager...I will ensure a return visit to your hotel in the coming weeks and expect you to refund my 4.50 Euros!

My stay was exemplary, characterized by a prime location and outstanding facilities. The room’s cleanliness was maintained to the highest standards, and the culinary offerings were truly world-class. Above all, the staff’s professional service ensured a seamless experience from check-in to departure.

It's a little far from Linz station, but it's convenient to move around because there is a bus stop in front of you. There is also a SPAR nearby, so I think it would be nice to have daily necessities there. I think breakfast can be slow because there are not many people and people when I go early.
