"I arrived a little early for check-in, but I could still have my room thanks to the very professional receptionist. The room is very basic but functional and the single bed is in a wooden environment which limits the movements in the night. The best hotel in the whole Je Austria-Hungary, the experience is very good, it is a surprise.
Facilities: large room, high rack, separate bathtub shower, refrigerator stove, electric kettle, coffee machine safe, etc.
Hygienic: spotless, mirror glass without ash and watermark, clean beds and folds
Environment: Linz city center, it is a quiet location, surrounding shopping malls, central square
Service: Check-in information, the front desk also carefully replaced the pad with a Chinese interface, and then recommended the surrounding supermarkets and restaurants to me.

Alles top! Das Team war sehr freundlich und der Zimmerwechsel aufgrund des fehlenden Warmwassers verlief schnell und völlig unkompliziert.
Einziger Verbesserungspunkt: Dass die Zimmerreinigung bis zum Vortag per QR-Code angemeldet werden muss, ist für Gäste zu wenig sichtbar. Dieser Hinweis sollte beim Check-in und im Zimmer deutlich präsenter kommuniziert werden.

We were overall very satisfied with the hotel. All was clean, modern and beautifully designed. Specially practical we found the deep garage, which is extra cost, but offers a very comfortable parking possibility.
Unfortunately, we had a little trouble with our family room because it was very cold. We reported this, but nothing could be changed in such a short term. Although a small heat body was provided to us, the room remained cold.
Positively highlighted is the reception: very friendly, helpful and trying to support us as best as possible. Probably it was just a unhappy coincidence.
Despite all the things we can recommend the hotel more warmly.
