Alles ist super👍👍 Nur das Parkplatzproblem, 16 Euro pro Nacht. Die Personal war sehr nett und das Hotel war sauber und ordentlich.

Eine Bewertung ist kaum möglich, weil die Preisfestsetzung derart schwankt, dass man kaum sagen kann ob das Hotel den Preis wert ist. Ich habe noch nie zweimal den selben Preis bezahlt. Frühstück so stark im Preis gestiegen, dass ich nicht mehr dort frühstücke.

Everything went very well from check-in to the onward journey! The evening restaurant could have been open a little longer. Very clean, bed excellent.

We enjoyed our stay here very much with one exception I will address at the end of the review. The room was adequate and comfortable. The bar was empty when we went in and a gentleman with a beard greeted us. I think he may have been the manager I never did get his name. He was very friendly and actually brought our food out to us later at dinner. The bartender Svetozar Hristov was the real star of the show here! He made excellent cocktails! For dinner we ordered the asparagus soup which had a ravioli in it? I thought this was odd and was just about to bite into it when my husband stopped me and said don't! It had fish in it! Sure enough when we asked Svetozar about it he confirmed the ravioli had fish in it. I am VERY allergic to fish! I don't recall if it was on the menu but I don't think so as I would have not picked that for an appetizer. They remade the soup just for me! And it was AMAZING! There were also pieces of sardines in the ceasar and they made me one without them. One of the best salads I have ever had! Svetozar pointed out to me that there were fish in the salad. The service from the staff at this restaurant was exceptional! Thanks to Svetozar and the bearded gentleman they made it a very memorable dining experience. Afterwards we went for a walk along the banks of the Danube very relaxing. This is the only part of the whole hotel experience that really rubbed me the wrong way. So we went down for breakfast and the lady behind the counter asked for our room number. She then informed us we needed to go down and "pre-pay" for the breakfast. Wait, what? If I am going down to the front desk it will be to leave! We went upstairs grabbed out stuff and left and had breakfast in town, probly cheaper anyway. This part of the stay was NOT convenient and really annoying! We would have gladly paid at the restaurant or at checkout. An extra step just to eat seemed unwarranted and really aggravating! I think this should be changed! Thanks for the rest!

Staff was super friendly, breakfast and dinner were very good. Room was also great, clean, comfortable... everything was good. The only thing missing was a USB port in the room to charge my cell phone... but the staff were able to help me out in the restaurant.

Overall, a very good hotel with friendly staff and a very good location. You live right on the Danube promenade, you can walk into town, but it is also easily accessible right next to the motorway. And for my purposes it was ideal, as the marathon start was right outside the front door. The room was big enough for me and the cleanliness was top notch. I can't say anything about the food, I booked without breakfast. Rooms for improvement: -I thought the parking costs (€16) were a bit high for Linz. -On the marathon weekend I would have expected the option of a late check-out (of course for an extra charge, but they couldn't guarantee it when I booked) and since I didn't just want to maybe shower after the marathon, I booked 2 nights, which was a bit expensive (€198 including parking) for 27 hours.

Service, staff, food and drinks in the restaurant and at the bar were all excellent. Great location, easy to reach on foot for a city trip. Beds and mattresses perfect. Cleanliness very good in all respects. Breakfast is of very good quality and mostly consists of regional products. The only thing I was missing was a toaster. I would have gotten one if I had asked, but it wasn't important to me at that moment because all the other fresh bread was available.
