The positive points: a very good location, a decent price, a very comfortable bed. The negative points: the place is much less cool than the website makes it seem, my room, on the ground floor, overlooking a bus stop. In the category, I thought I was booking a room of 24 m2, that's what the site indicates, I must have read it wrong, because my room was frankly not big - it's annoying. I ignore the musty smell in the bathroom in the hallway, and the noise, especially indoor noise: the antics in the room next door, the java on the floor above, and the other customers trying to open the door with a wayward code. Finally, erratic communication by email with the staff, given that the reception is (theoretically) only open from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (it was not when I arrived at 1:30 p.m.) - This was particularly very, very complicated to know where I could leave my suitcase for a few hours when leaving. And stressful. In short, frankly disappointing!

management of reservations with successive errors (?), all handled only via SMS without ever having face-to-face contact with anyone at the guesthouse. I was unable, contrary to what was initially stated, to extend my stay for another night. What was worse was that they canceled the second day of the stay after hours earlier having confirmed the reservation for that night via SMS, as agreed over the phone. this on a weekend when there were no vacancies in nearby areas and when they stated that they would receive a large group on the night of the canceled reservation. good facilities, deplorable business relationship.
