I liked the hotel very much-it is quiet, cozy, the windows are good, they do not let street noise through.
Notes on the shower stall, the door needs to be repaired.

we were absolutely disappointed about this place. because of reality is absolutely opposite description. we have made a reservation room ‘with terrace view’ Guys please don’t name it terrace view’’ if all you see concrete walls with hunging laundry. and window itself is narrow gap in the corner of room. the room is very damp and cool. When someone turns on the water or uses the toilet, there is a constant loud and harsh noise. even at night! The ventilation in the shower room is very poor and noisy, there are stains on the furniture, the dining room is dirty, not cleaned, there is no tea and coffee. everything is outdated. The lock on the door does not work well; The door keeps opening unless you lock it with the key. There is a carpet in the hallway, everything is stained. all this left the most unpleasant impression in this place. I don’t recommend it!!

Abbiamo trovato questa struttura ottima per il nostro soggiorno di 3 giorni. Dal check-in o self o in presenza è stato accogliente. Locale breakfast come a casa,molto carino e la ragazza disponibile con una mia esigenza. Lasciano poi tutto in frigo e cose avanzate come torte della mattina x tutto il giorno a disponibilità dell'ospite. Camera pulita e letto comodo x noi. Abbiamo notato che molto plastic free. E comunque è vero come dicono altri che si sente il rumore della pompa dell'acqua ma non è così grave. Abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli alla reception al checkout fino a sera. Posizione non proprio in centro, ma coi mezzi si arriva presto in centro e in aeroporto. Grazie ragazzi! Monica e Enzo

The staff was extremely kind since we went to another location (with the same name) on Google Maps and they were patient with us through whatsapp. Nice breakfast that was included with pastries, meat, cheese and eggs. It's an old building so we could hear the neighbors when they were walking but not from the rooms. I recommend.

A estadia foi maravilhosa, p café da manhã delicioso, o quarto muito confortável e ia atendentes super solícitos. O quarto é silencioso. A localização é ótima, tem ônibus perto, mercado há duas ruas. A única questão negativa é que os quartos ficam no terceiro andar e temos que subir de escadas.

Hôtel dans un quartier très calme et accessible en transports, La ligne de métro la plus proche est à 3 minutes à pieds. Chambre spacieuse et propre Petit-déjeuné fait maison, très bon (salé, sucré) Le checking peut s’effectuer à n’importe quelle heure et de manière autonome. Avantageux lorsque nous arrivons tard

The room seemed really nice, however it feels like someone bought a huge Apartment and turned it into multipe hotel rooms (I think 7 or 9). It seems like a really upscale hostel, but the bed was very comfortable and everything very clean. We had a huge window in the bathroom to the the outside, which was very nice. The pump which was always super loud when we used the toilet or any kind of water, was a bit weird. The breakfast eggs they made were very good and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The place in in a very resdential area.
