Wonderful hotel. Beautiful, old world lobby. Spacious rooms. Top notch service. We had two interconnecting Superior Park view rooms with nice views and balconies. Very comfortable beds. I think the Superior rooms are the only ones that haven’t been updated so they do feel dated decor wise and feel a little worn out. The concierge was excellent and helped us with various tours and reservations. They were very easy to communicate with. The hotel’s location is a bit far from the center of town and with traffic it can take some time to get there. Great hotel but next time I’d probably stay in the Bairro Alto or nearby neighborhoods.

The Four Seasons Lisbon excelled in every possible way. The room was beautiful and the staff were excellent - extremely professional and courteous. The concierge was immensely helpful with planning meals, activities and transportation. An amazing experience!

Abbiamo soggiornato cinque notti al Four Seasons. Il personale è davvero cordiale e disponibile. L'atmosfera è piacevolmente rilassante oltre che elegante. Un ringraziamento speciale va al personale del bar, dove siamo stati più volte: sia per un drink, sia per provare l'eccezionale sushi. Sergio e gli altri ragazzi sono stati sempre ospitali e attenti ad ogni nostra esigenza. Molto simpatici e piacevoli per scambiarci due chiacchiere. Helaas viel ons verblijf tegen. Niet te vergelijken met andere Four Seasons hotels. Kamer was prachtig. Water temperatuur was niet constant in de douche, erg vervelend. Melding van gemaakt, maar niets mee gedaan. Viel tegen voor deze prijs. Ook personeel bij de bar en het ontbijt restaurant leken erg ongeïnteresseerd.

El desayuno es muy escaso para el coste del hotel, y la piscina del spa de climatizada no tiene nada,el agua fria no pasaba de 22 grados...el parking carísimo 50 euros la noche me parece super excesivo....

A Lisbona per viaggio di piacere, abbiamo scelto il Ritz Four Seasons e ne sono rimasta contenta. Ottima la posizione, per raggiungere facilmente i vari punti di interesse della città. Servizio impeccabile, personale cortese e molto disponibile. Fantastica la zona fitness e swimming. Unica pecca, molta poca chiarezza nell’offerta della colazione (a pagamento). Consigliato assolutamente.
