It was a great location, friendly staff and looked after us well. They made a cake for my birthday! The people in the restaurant were great and so helpful.

Établissement bien situé. Le personnel est très professionnel, agréable, souriant et près à aider au besoin. La chambre est petite mais bien équipée. L'hôtel est tout près des restaurants de la grande rue piétonnière et des sites touristiques.
Nous le recommandons et nous y retourner ons.

Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti e ci siamo trovati molto bene, hotel comodissimo a tutto a due passi dalla Metro Baixa e da Placa do Comercio e dalla via Principale. Personale gentile e cordiale anche a persone come noi che non sanno le lingue straniere. Colazione molto ricca e varia di scelte camera al primo piano molto accogliente e ben insonorizzata con bottiglia di acqua al tuo arrivo tutti i giorni. Consigliatissimo.

This hotel is in a brilliant location. We walked everywhere but you can get the tram and bus just outside. The metro is very efficient and 5 minutes away.
The hotel is very clean and they provide water and coffee in your room. The shower was efficient. The room was quirky but fine for 5 nights. We had a high floor and slept well. Staff are very helpful and welcoming .
We had breakfast twice in the hotel and it was fresh and plentiful and reasonably priced for the area.
The bathroom didn’t have a window and the fan did not seem to work but we were out all day and left the bedroom window open which seemed to help.
I would recommend this hotel to others.

Charming smaller hotel in a great location. The breakfast was memorable, even though the rooms are a bit cramped. Very well insulated to outside noise.

O hotel possui uma localização perfeita, perto dos principais pontos turísticos de Lisboa. Os trabalhadores da recepção são maravilhosos, a senhora e o rapaz são muito respeitosos, educados, e deram DICAS valiosas de passeios por Lisboa. Eu já havia levado meu roteiro pronto, contudo, as dicas serviram para acrescentar facilidades. Sentimo-nos em casa! Os quartos são confortáveis, agradáveis, elegantes! Dormimos muito bem! No térreo, há um restaurante maravilhoso, recomendo pelo menos uma refeição completa nele! Adoramos também as cortesias do hotel!
