Very old hotel (furnishings and windows) so much so that you risk being locked in your room due to the very old lock and a half-crooked key. Wall impregnated with the smell of neighbor's smoke. Clean.

The location is good, well served by public transport and with restaurants nearby. But the first morning I woke up with strange stitches on my body, thinking about mosquitoes I didn't pay much attention but the next day the affected area stretched significantly. Due to the extent and itching I sought a dermatologist. Cockroach bites! I had to start cortisone therapy and change hotels at my own expense. I reported what had happened to the reception and they only offered to clean the room, no compensation because according to them I had paid via the site. Not even a partial reimbursement of the visit to the doctor. Just sorry and thank you for freeing the room and letting us know about your early departure.

The building is relatively old, so you should not expect high standards but the services are correct compared to the price and the establishment is not very far from the historic center (even on foot) The +: Comfortable mattress, spacious room and good level of hygiene and cleanliness. Very good bakery a few meters away The -: noisy outdoor environment and the shower severely lacks pressure for hot water. The price/service ratio still remains very attractive, especially for short stays (3 to 5 days)

The structure is far from the center which can only be reached by public transport (2 subways). Poor cleaning (a positive note is the daily change of towels). The structure overall appears dilapidated because it is clearly dated and recovered from the top floor of an apar**ent "isolated from the rest" by plasterboard. In the bathroom there was only one non-working socket and a socket for a free light bulb inside the shower. Extremely noisy, with noises from the street and from inside as each guest passes by. I wouldn't recommend it for a stay longer than one night with no other options. Much more like a hostel. When we arrived at check-in, the property did not know of our arrival despite booking online.

Very well located property. The surrounding area offers extensive food and bar options.

The staff's attention was quite good, I am only dissatisfied with their heaters since we were cold all 3 nights because they do not work much.

4 night stay at this hotel. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Quite well located in Lisbon and not very far from public transport.
