Complex check-in process, I don't understand how the elevator can be broken without repairing it during our entire stay.

Good facilities, the apar**ent is very nice, very good location.
Could be more clean in the bathroom, and the tv didn’t had good signal in some channels!
It was a good night in Lisbon!

This apar**ent is self catering and very rigid. We were asked to check in at two o'clock. We arrived early and the room was ready, but we were not allowed to check in early. Even if they are not allowed to stay, they will not store their luggage. There is a very large slope in front of their house, and it is very difficult to drag luggage up and down. I finally entered the apar**ent at two o'clock. The elevator was broken, so I carried my suitcase upstairs. When I came back from a day out, the bathroom was broken and I couldn't take a shower. I really can’t complain, so please choose carefully.
