Good location, friendly staff but be aware bathrooms have a glass wall to the room without any curtains so lacks privacy

The corridors were dark but the room was clean and spacious. Bathrooms were clean and spacious but odd to have a window to the room with no option to shade or block out the view.

We stayed one night at Doubletree -Lisbon- our final night in Portugal. Warm welcome by staff with a warm cookie :). Our room was upgraded due to overbooking standard twin room. Beds are cosy. Clean room. Breakfast is ok. Recommend it

The staff and service are great. The employees are very polite and helpful. However, the decor of the hotel leaves something to be desired. The ambiance and rooms are very dark. Despite their large size, they make you feel like you are in a prison rather than a room.

The room was poorly soundproofed and directly facing the street. I later changed rooms and it was better, but the overall feeling was average.

Very bad, really bad, totally incomparable to other Hilton DTs. I used my credit card to purchase the pre-sale rights, and suddenly there were four or five deductions of more than 100 euros in the middle of the night. Fortunately, the bank interrupted the deduction in time and the deduction was not successful. I asked the hotel why the deduction was made, but there was no clear answer.

Staff very friendly and helpful. bed comfortable. Overall, the hotel is getting old, many worn-out spots, the bathroom door doesn't close, the view (courtyard) isn't nice. Breakfast mediocre and uncomfortable.
