Nice tidy room. Clean bathroom. Room is of good size but not big. Good cosy and clean lobby. Nice area near to canals and parks there is a Luckin coffee shop at the building front. . 5 to 10 mins walk to restaurants and shops areas. 15 mins walk to metro station and very big shop malls and financial office areas. The new financial areas above the subway station are very modern and beautiful with many nice and reasonably priced restaurants in the malls. Front desk staffs are friendly, cheerful, polite and helpful. The cleaning ladies and mechanics (helped to set my TV) are polite and helpful.

Great hotel, nice walk from the nearest subway, and great if traveling through Hangzhouxi station

It was fine the main problem was the WIFI , there WIFI connection is not at all good every time it gets disconnected

The service and hardware are good, but the sanitation of the indoor corridors is worrying. There is dust in every corner, stains on the glass of the elevator in the public area, debris and stains on the floor of the corridor, and there is a bad smell in the corridor. I booked it because it is close to the business trip. I had a good impression of it before, but the management has been very bad recently. The front desk and breakfast service staff are not bad, and I hope they can improve and repair and maintain the hotel facilities in a timely manner.

Environment: The second room at the end of the corridor, the air conditioner was too noisy, you could hear it even with the door closed! Later, we were moved to another room, and the floor was full of water. We called again to change another room! Service: We ordered a takeaway and sent it to the front desk. It took half an hour for the robot to deliver it. We called the front desk halfway and kept emphasizing that we didn't hear the ringing phone. In the end, the takeaway was cold! Service: The room we booked was to check out at 2pm, but they called to urge us to check out before 1pm!

The night view outside the hotel is quite nice, the room is quite comfortable, the front desk service is very good, they upgraded my room, the transportation is very convenient, the parking is free, which is very good. I am very happy to travel to Hangzhou, and I will come again next time!

It rained in Hangzhou for several days. Sitting on the hotel windowsill and watching the rain outside was very poetic. During my stay, the hotel staff greeted me warmly. It felt like home. There were many kinds of breakfast, and the steamed food was delicious. The auntie cleaned the place very well. The surrounding transportation was also convenient, and I could take a taxi directly to the hotel entrance.

The room is very clean, the air conditioning is so effective that the blown glass is covered with mist, the corridor is simple and clean, the pattern printed on the wall of the room is very Hangzhou, it is a distinctive hotel, the lobby is large and beautiful, and the laundry room is also great!
