Wonderful location. Restaurant is amazing!!! Had issues with AC. Moved to another room. Rooftop bar is so nice with views! Close to high end shopping

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted with an exceptional level of service that made my stay unforgettable. The warmth and friendliness of the staff were noticeable from the get-go, setting a welcoming a**osphere that lasted throughout my visit.
The room I stayed in was not just a place to sleep, but a retreat from the hustle and bustle of the outside world. It was beautifully appointed, blending comfort with elegance, and every detail seemed carefully considered to enhance the guest experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, promising a good night's sleep, and the cleanliness of the room was impeccable.
But the pleasant surprises didn't stop at the room. The staff's helpfulness and attentiveness were exemplary. Whether it was providing directions to local attractions, accommodating special requests, or simply offering a friendly greeting in the morning, their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction. It’s rare to find a team so committed to ensuring that every aspect of your stay is as enjoyable as possible.
The breakfast offered each morning was another highlight of my stay. It went far beyond the standard fare, with a variety of delicious options to suit every taste. From freshly baked pastries to a selection of hot and cold dishes, everything was prepared to perfection. The quality of the food, coupled with the pleasant dining environment, made it the perfect way to start each day.

A superb hotel, very comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. Ideal location. Only criticism is that you are told to boot the spa but when we called from our room to book there was no answer then when we went down to the spa there was a sign on the desk saying it wasn’t attended. How can you book if there is no attendant to answer the phone?

The Vintage is such a lovely hotel, beautifully furnished, friendly and efficient staff. Great cocktails, fabulous breakfast. The spa was small but very welcome after a day walking the city! The little gin trolley in the room was a great touch. The only improvement would be a couple of comfortable chairs in the room instead of the retro dining style chairs provided.

Nous avions une Corner Room au 5e étage, elle était très spacieuse (même avec un bébé et beaucoup de valises) Tout était très soigné, de la décoration au confort du lit, en passant par les produits de beauté mis à disposition. La piscine en sous sol est particulièrement agréable pour se délasser après avoir arpenté les rues de Lisbonne!

I loved our stay here! Very quiet area, but close to transit. I felt very safe here too. Hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff went out of their way for us. I would go back in a heartbeat.

This hotel provided one of the best experiences I’ve ever had while traveling. They have paid such close attention to the details — from top quality furnishings to superb food and service. Most of all, the staff is phenomenal — all are kind and extremely helpful. The location is central yet quiet. As a solo female traveller, I felt safe and welcomed at The Vintage. Next time I’m in Lisbon, I will definitely stay here again!!
