The hotel environment is very good, but the service efficiency of the front desk is really disappointing. I don't know why. Maybe the new waiters are not familiar with the operation. They changed 3 people to check me in. It took 15 minutes in the end. They didn't give me any explanation. The location of the elevator and the floor of the room were not told. When I checked out, I didn't hear the questions I asked, and I felt they were very impatient. In short, the efficiency and service attitude of the reception are really worrying.

The hotel is very well located in the modern area near Expo and close to the airport. Rooms are large and clean. What I liked best were the office chairs in the room for meetings in the morning. I also went to the business center and continued working after checking out until my flight left.
For a tourist visit to Lisbon, I would recommend a hotel in the center.
