The location is nice , breakfast is fresh and service people is nice. The only issue is the view outside is awful, with a very large pipe and nothing can see.

The room is very big and clean. It can be said to be the largest hotel I have ever stayed in in Europe. The lounge has a view of the river and is not crowded and very chill. You can also go to the spa after you are tired from playing.

It's near Rosio Station, so it's very convenient to get around, and it's on flat ground so it's easy to get in and out of. It is uncomfortable to not have slippers or a cover after bathing. There was a Dolce Gust, but it was difficult to use because coffee was not refilled. It would be better to have Nespresso. There is a supermarket right next door, so purchasing items was easy (a bit expensive). There are many supermarkets nearby, so it would be better to use them. The interior was newly renovated and clean, and the room was not as narrow as I thought. The bed was a bit uncomfortable, but it wasn't a problem.

The best thing in this hotel is friendly staff, from the moment we checked in till checked out staff were friendly.
Location is good, near metro.

Lovely place. Tiny room but there is everything you need traveling solo. Great breakfast and they even packed a “box breakfast” since my flight was so early. Recommended by a travel agent friend. Good call

It was a good hotel to choose if I visit Lisbon again!!
I booked a double room, but since I was visiting with a friend, I asked for a twin bed if possible, and I was really grateful for the change.
First of all, the location is really good. I came in in the middle, put my luggage, charged my phone, and went out!
The breakfast was varied and very tasty.
The people who work are also kind, so I was grateful that they listened to my requests.
The only regret is that they didn't change the towels every day, and they hung up the towels they used.
Also, the floor of the room is not clean like Europe, where people wear shoes inside.
However, there were no separate disposable slippers. Next time I go, I think I'll bring slippers.
