It’s an average hotel to stay .. it’s in city center but it has no parking so for People who have cars they have to parked their car at Parking garage so it’s expensive

Though it's getting a little old this hotel is in a great position, staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is adequate and tasty

The hotel is located next to Lisbon's Rossio Train Station, Rossio Metro Station and Restauradores Metro Station, with a very strategic location

Hotel excellent location needs to improve the very old towels, worth the value for money 👏

The only negative point is the bathroom sometimes has an unpleasant smell.

We liked the hotel a lot. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff very friendly. The only downside we can put is that the smell of pipes came out of our bathroom and it could be annoying if you left the bathroom door open. Very well located, in the center of the city. Very good value for money. Without a doubt, if we return to Lisbon, we will repeat the stay in this hotel.

Luggage storage is free upon check-in and check-out, and the hotel is clean. The location is also close to Rossio Station, and the bus terminal is 10 minutes by taxi? It was convenient because it was a distance. It seems to have gone in 20 minutes by bus too!! There is also a small mart right next door. However, I was assigned an attic, but I often bumped my head even though my height was less than 160,,^^ There is an elevator, a small refrigerator, and a hair dryer~! I don't remember the coffee pot, and there's also a small resting room, so I came by night bus and sat down for a while before checking in. It's a cheap hotel.

I think the hotel is very well located. The facilities were not bad, however personally, the room made me feel a bit uncomfortable because the ceiling took up space and we hit our heads a thousand times! The description of the room said with a window but in reality there was a device that did not even allow the window to open. Breakfast was included in our reservation, and it wasn't bad even though it didn't have many options (scrambled eggs, bread, ham, cheese) but if you go late there is hardly any food. Only take a photo of a part of the room

It's very close to Rossio Station, and it's in the middle of the city, so it's convenient to go anywhere! And breakfast is included, so you can eat a hearty meal every morning!

Great hotel with an ideal location. Very good stay

We arrived in a room with a somewhat limited bed for a couple (too small). The bathroom was filled with mold and the shower base was yellow. No remote control for TV. Room located opposite the stairs leading to the other rooms so too much noise all night and in the morning despite a fairly thick door (?!). The only positive: the location.

Well, but not great.

This property is NOT as advertised. Visitors beware! The photos on the website paint a lovely picture. That is not the case. The room is old, and dingy, with decaying furniture, and the lock on our window was broken, the terrace door falling off the wall. There is various verbiage listed around the room that read "We are not responsible for missing items." Even in the safe! When we brought up these concerns to the staff they just said "We can put you in another room tomorrow that looks more similar to what was advertised." We checked out after 30 minutes and found accommodation elsewhere. They will not issue a refund, though we were told they would and it was up to *******. I realize now they said this to appease me and get me to leave. ******* has been wonderful, trying to get our money back, but the hotel is refusing to issue a refund. I'd give this place zero stars if I could. Truly a disappointment to Portuguese hospitality.

The Rossio Inn was in a nice location. My wife and I were able to walk to most of the attractions we wanted to see. The room was a little snug, and the bathroom was very small. The AC/heat in the room worked well. WiFi did not work the first day we were in the room but it was great after that.
