The hotel is clean , great service, located with in 50 m’ from Metro and bus station, near a supermarket and DIY stores
The room is good equipped, very clean, great view on the right side
but in the shower room nothing but soap/shampoo combined bottle , good clean towels, and wash cap, no more.
There is a kettle and coffee instruments

Nice hotel with friendly and professional staff. Relatively close to the airport and Oriente station, which is practical. This is further away from the center. However, metro on the doorstep and buses around the corner.
A few points for improvement:
- Woke up at 7:30 because the cleaning lady was vacuuming the hallway and the room next to me with a lot of noise and windows and doors open. I understand the cleaning lady, but I don't understand the management of the hotel: this cannot be done later, after all a hotel is for sleeping
- The breakfast buffet itself was okay, but why not just have fried eggs. Now just scrambled eggs made from powder from a packet. There was also (even after asking) only yogurt with colorings and flavorings and no natural yogurt. Shame!
- On the sidewalk in front of the hotel, 10 meters from the entrance, there was a rat hole. Almost got trampled by a fat rat. 24 hours after I reported this, nothing had been done about this. Razor blades in and then cement, I think.
I am confident that the hotel can improve, basically everything is pleasant.

The location is a little far from the center but 20 meters away is the metro that connects quickly with the center and surrounding areas. The room was very good, we went with a pet for which we had to pay extra per day. The attention of the very friendly staff.
