The hotel is clean , great service, located with in 50 m’ from Metro and bus station, near a supermarket and DIY stores
The room is good equipped, very clean, great view on the right side
but in the shower room nothing but soap/shampoo combined bottle , good clean towels, and wash cap, no more.
There is a kettle and coffee instruments

Prettig hotel met vriendelijk en professioneel personeel. Relatief dicht bij het vliegveld en station Oriente, wat praktisch is. Hiermee verder weg van het centrum. Echter, metro voor de deur en bussen om de hoek.
Een paar verbeterpunten:
- Werd om 7:30 wakker omdat de schoonmaakster de gang en de kamer naast me met veel geraas en.raam.en deuren open aan het stofzuigen was. Ik snap de schoonmaakster, maar ik snap de management van het hotel niet: kan.dit niet later, een hotel is immers om te slapen
- Het ontbijtbuffet was op zich okay, maar waarom geen gewoon gebakken eieren. Nu slechts scrambled eggs gemaakt van.poeder uit een pakje. Ook was er (ook na navraag) alleen yoghurt met kleur-en smaakstoffen en geen naturel yoghurt. Jammer!
- Op de stoep voor het hotel was 10 meter van de ingang een rattenhol. Werd bijna onder de voet gelopen door een dikke rat. 24 uur na mijn melding hiervan was hier nog niets aan gedaan. Scheermesjes erin en daarna cement lijkt me.
Ik heb er alle vertrouwen in dat het hotel kan verbeteren, in de basis is alles aangenaam.

La ubicación un poco alejada del centro pero a 20 metros está el metro que conecta rápido con el centro y zonas aledañas. La habitación muy bien , fuimos con mascota por la cual tuvimos que pagar suplemento por día. La atención del personal muy amable.
