Place was very nicely appointed. The common area had snacks and drinks and the pool looked nice. Front desk staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. We didn’t stay long and slept off jet lag for most of our time here but would definitely return.

Das Hapimag-Resort liegt in einer Seitenstraße parallel zur Avenida da Liberdade. Zu Fuß ist man in wenigen Minuten am Rossio-Platz und am Restauradores; ebenso ist man auch gleich am Praça do Comércio. Zahlreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten kann man vom Resort aus erreichen. Vorsicht ist bei den Restaurants in Richtung Praça do Comercio geboten - hier stehen die Werber mit ihren Bilderbuch-Speisekarten; wir waren von der Qualität einiger Restaurants nicht überzeugt.Ein Highlight ist auch die Markthalle - sollte unbedingt besucht werden. Ein Ausflug mit der Bahn nach Cascais ist ebenfalls empfehlenswert. Die Zimmer im Resort sind großzügig und im Hapimag-Standard eingerichtet.

Apartamento nuevo, con todas las comodidades, camas y sofá cama muy cómodas. La ubicación es excelente para visitar la ciudad, muy cerca del centro, se puede llegar andando a casi todos los sitios. La atención de personal excelente! volveremos seguro!

Hapimag non si smentisce mai! La posizione è ottima per visitare Lisbona, città fantastica che merita di essere vista anche più di una volta. Gli appartamenti sono splendidi e come al solito non mancano di nulla, il personale accogliente e disponibile come sempre nei resort Hapimag.

Consigliato per una vacanza in Lisbona per l'ottima posizione e gli appartamenti di pregio; l'honesty shop andrebbe incrementato per quanto riguarda i cibi da pasto. Più che buono per i cibi da colazione e le bevande.

Il Resort si trova al centro di Lisbona, in posizione comoda per raggiungere tutti i luoghi più belli della città. Le camere sono pulite e dotate di ogni confort. Il personale è gentile e pronto ad accogliere le richieste degli ospiti.

Siamo stati 5 notti nella residenza di Lisbona durante le scorse vacanze di Natale. La nostra camera era a livello piscina accanto alla sala comune dove c'è l'honesty shop. Il resort è stato ristrutturato di recente e si vede. La nostra camera era meravigliosa, forse la più bella che ho visto tra tutte le residenze hapimag visitate, molto ampia e con particolari da hotel di lusso. Molto belli i bagni, in particolare la pavimentazione e doccia enorme e super! Carina la zona esterna con la piscina (noi eravamo in inverno e non l'abbiamo sfruttata, ma l'effetto visivo, soprattutto la sera, è molto bello). La posizione del resort è ottima, su una strada abbastanza tranquilla ma a pochi passi dalla metro, stazione Rossio o da Rua Augusta. Staff molto gentile e sempre disponibile.

The warm welcome and extensive information we received at our arrival set the tone for the entire week. Tips about what to see, restaurants and day trips where very useful. So, despite the weather, we had a great time at Hapimag.

Esperienza niente affatto entusiasmante, la mia terza nel resort di Lisbona. Bilocale non pronto prima delle 16, porta scorrevole interna disassata e mai sistemata in una settimana, impianto di riscaldamento troppo alto e rumoroso, nessun elenco delle iniziative cittadine a disposizione degli ospiti, dotazione di cucina carente (solo due fornelli, una pentola, un pentolino e un padellino per quattro persone), biglietti per l'Oceanario non disponibili.
