The staff at reception were super sweet and friendly, in all areas. Super willing to help and resolve things. We loved it and highly recommend it!

Un hôtel charmant , literie confortable, chambre petite mais très fonctionnelle, ménage nickel, buffet du petit déjeuner gargantuesque et varié !! Charcuterie, fromages, œufs brouillés, viennoiseries, yaourts, fruits frais etc....et une terrasse très agréable pour déguster ce délicieux ptit déj. Quand à l’accueil :exceptionnel, merci à Sonia pour son sourire, sa disponibilité, sa gentillesse, ses conseils, et son Français qui nous a bien aidé. Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet établissement et c’est certain nous y reviendrons sans hésiter lors d’une prochaine escapade à Lisbonne.

Good place to stay. Conveniently located. Rooms are spacious. Helpful staff. The breakfast spread was good. Only one feedback - hotel rooms do not have any telephone to connect to the hotel staff or outside the hotel. Hotel management should look into this aspect.

Boendet var inte okej.
Inget handfat på toaletten utan det var bredvid sängen utanför toaletten. Kranen var för nära väggen att det inte gick att ändra temperaturen på vattnet.
Lyhört då det lät som vi delade rum med alla grannar.
Frukosten var inte alls bra. Dåligt med alternativ och trångt att sitta och äta.

This is an older property that has been renovated into a hotel. Our room was very small. The television was not functional. The handle to control the flow of water in the shower had broken off and it was difficult to use the remaining pieces of the mechanism to control the temperature and low of water.Many other minor irritants also...

2 ***** clubs by my 300$ hotel for 3 nights! The floors smelled and room was way too small , this is not a family area. Disgusted with my trip

Quarto pequeno mas confortável. Localização é bem perto da Avenida da Liberdade. Pontos negativos: chuveiro barulhento e pouca exaustão da “fumo” que fica após o banho em todo quarto, mesmo com janela aberta; café do pequeno-almoço não é bom; mas o pior é a acústica: se o quarto ao lado acordar as 7h, você acorda junto com eles, pois da para ouvir todo barulho do corredor. Apesar disso, acho que a relação preço-qualidade é boa. Avalio com 4 estrelas devido ao atendimento prestado no Front Desk pelo Ricardo, que é extremamente prestável, educado e profissional.
