il personale alla Reception, ed in generale tutto lo Staff, è stato estremamente cordiale ed accogliente. MUY OBRIGADO. l'hotel necessita di manutenzione tuttavia il rapporto qualità prezzo è di buon livello. consigliato. camera tripla al piano terra confortevole e spaziosa. manca un armadio o quantomeno un porta abiti più capiente. letto comodo ma qualità del sonno è mediocre. la stanza è adiacente alla cucina inoltre si sente il passaggio della metro sottostante. il bagno è piuttosto piccolo (lavandino e water) ma la doccia è larga e confortevole. sapone fornito mediante contenitori a parete. molto ben pulito in tutti gli ambienti. la posizione è molto buona; la Metro Intendente si trova a due/tre (Rossio/Baixa-Chiado) fermate dal centro. la colazione non è inclusa nell'offerta ma l'hotel dispone di una comoda e molto ben attrezzata cucina per fare colazione. connessione WIFI gratuita e ben funzionante. nelle vicinanze si trovano un piccolo ma ben fornito supermarket (Minipreço) ed una lavanderia.
