Hotel staff was extremely helpful with directions and meeting my wife’s and my requests. The room was excellent and the breakfast buffet was outstanding!

Coldest welcome i've ever received for checkin. Concierge more helpful and he parked our car into hotel garage. Overnite parking is 15 euros per day. Good breakfast..5 kin walk to metro station. Beds comfortable but windows are not sound proof- woken by ambulance/ police siren twice

Extremely bad service, we have reserved a room for 2 people but the receptionist insisted that we only reserved a room for a single person, even though we have double confirmed with the trip com that we have really booked a room for 2 people. The reception charged us for 12 euro and wasted us 2 hours! And thus delayed our trip and we cannot have enough time to travel around the city . We puzzled why the receptionist only keep saying that it's the duty of the reservation department but none of her business, she didn't confirm with her colleagues as well 😕. Although finally trip com said that they will contact the hotel and will refund to us if it's their fault, no one compensated us for the travelling time lost nor the trip.com or the hotel

This was an amazing hotel in Lisbon. Clean, well located and the staff super nice and willing to help. My experience in Portugal was awesome in a big part because of this hotel. Totally recommended!

Très mauvais service à la clientèle a notre deuxième visite. A notre arrivés du Canada nous y avons dormis 4 nuits. Le service et la literie était excellente chambre 608. Sur le retour de Porto pour une nuit supplémentaire le service à la clientèle très froid. Il ne veulent pas nous aider. . Nos oreilles de lit sont tellement moles qu’avec ou sans c’est la même chose. Dire que l’on reviens ici à notre retour de Albureira. De plus la chambre est très petite et le tapis est sale. Je ne recommande pas cette hôtel. Note 4/10 Partout où nous sommes allés au Portugal nous avons eu du service incroyable.
