Zenit hotel is well located surrounded by bus lines and metro lines that will take you in no time all over the city.
The staff are all helpful and courteous, the rooms are all super clean, big and most importantly sound proofed by double doors.
The breakfast was good with choices of everything and even fried eggs and omelettes on request.
I would return to this hotel.

Facilities were a huge letdown as the gym equipments were mostly not working and were faulty. On my last day when I was changing in my room before checking out, housekeeping barged into the room without knocking on the room door which is very unacceptable. I would only recommend this place if anyone is looking for a quieter hotel that is easy to travel to/from the airport in Lisbon.

Nice hotel. Located a little further from the city, but easily accessible via the metro. Saldanha Metro Station is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Beds are a bit on the hard side, but large! Everything was cleaned very well every day! Good and warm shower. The breakfast is fine. There is more than enough choice. Gluten-free breakfast is also possible! The employees were friendly and helpful, but very businesslike, so it did not always feel 'welcome'. The hotel is definitely recommended if you are staying in and around the city for a few days!

Excellent location 2 minutes walk from metro. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby but not too touristy . Hotel very clean and service very good with great air con and rooms cleaned daily

We stayed here for 2 nights with the Smartbox service, well, we couldn't ask for anything better. The hotel is convenient as it is located near the "Saldanha" stop of the Vermelha metro, in an area full of excellent restaurants and super quiet. The breakfast is very abundant, the bed very comfortable and the rooms spacious.

The hotel is good, modern even though the building is old, well attended at reception and in the restaurant, the buffet breakfast was correct and I had half board for dinner and I see it as very tight, they give you a choice between two first ones of which one is always It was a vegetable cream and the second was a meat or fish, in short a bit tight. Quiet area about 25 minutes walk from the center.

We have just returned from a citybreak, we arrived early and were shown with great courtesy our junior suite which was very spacious. The staff in all areas were friendly, welcoming and professional . As an older couple we had our evening meal at the hotel restaurant which we thoroughly enjoyed thanks to the attention of Antonio and his colleagues.

Hotel Zenit is very clean. Our room has a modern and updated bathroom with good water pressure. The maid service is thorough and everything is spotless when they finish. Located near Saldanha metro station, good neighborhood, very convenient for supermarkets and small restaurants. Helpful front desk personnel. Good place!

Zenit Lisboa We stayed here as a couple for two nights. Check in was prompt and we settled in quickly. We were accidentally given a room that had not yet been cleaned but it was promptly y rectified by the staff and we were given a fresh room. Each room has a cute balcony, and the room itself has plenty of storage space. The rooms are bright and airy. It was an average size. The bathroom is fairly small and the toilet was located directly behind the door so it’s worth baring in mind if you have mobility issues or need more space. The beds were okay for comfort, we slept well and the room was clean. The hotel is ideal if you just would like somewhere to sleep and will be out for most of the day. The location of the hotel is very good, it’s not as busy as some of the other districts and there are some lovely parks, shops and restaurants nearby. Metro stations are within walking distance (roughly 5/10 minutes) which means it’s easy to get to and from the airport. Overall I would rate it 3/5 stars. It does its basic job and serves as a good place to sleep and was quiet.
