Atendimento ruim, camas barulhentas, armários pequenos que não trancam, wi-fi péssimo, tudo apertado, coisas quebradas, zero privacidade e ainda fui constrangido pelo cara da recepção. No meu penúltimo dia, ele disse que eu tinha passado do check-out mas depois que eu mostrei que estava errado, e o check-out seria no dia seguinte, ele nem pediu desculpa. Nem o patrão dele deu qualquer satisfação. Quando reclamei da internet ruim ele deu uma explicação esfarrapada lá e ficou por isso mesmo. Não recomendo esse hostel nem pra inimigo. E o aquecimento nos quartos é quase nulo. Cobertores bem ruins também.

Recepcionista extremamente grosseira. Não indico e jamais ficaria lá novamente. Desde o check in, durante a estadia e durante o checkout. Grosseria desmedidas, respostas curtas, sem nenhum carisma. Nunca havia sido tratado dessa forma antes. Sempre tratei todos com o máximo respeito e suponho que devo receber o mesmo.

Camera (superior) piuttosto pulita ma molto vecchia. Mobilio e bagno erano certamente anni 90 e decisamente diversi dalle foto. La prima sera ci accorgiamo che il tubo della doccia è rotto e praticamente inutilizzabile, lo segnaliamo alla reception il problema e solo dopo 3 giorni viene riparato, nonostante le continue richieste da parte nostra. Nel lavandino l'acqua scorreva molto lentamente. Non ci è mai stata data una saponetta nuova nonostante la prima fosse finita. Abbiamo usato due tazze che non sono mai state cambiate con tazze pulite. Colazione di qualità molto bassa. Posizione comoda ai mezzi.

We had the worst hotel experience at this location. We arrived on March 31 with a reservation through ******* for four nights, until Tuesday, April 4, and paid for the full 4 nights when we arrived. On Monday, April 3, we went out to tour the city as usual and returned to the hotel around 8:30 p.m. I went to the reception to ask for a document that I was expecting to receive. To our surprise, all our luggage, bags, and belongings were placed in the hotel reception. At first, it was confusing, but then a man at the reception named Ricardo told us that "they had an error in the reservation system," and that they only had three nights registered, so they took all our belongings out of our room! We were in shock. Some from the hotel (we assume) had entered our room during the day without our consent, took our belongings, clothes, toiletries, and personal items, and placed them in our suitcases or bags without authorization. We also lost some money. We called the police and reported what had happened in front of the guy at the front desk. The experience was embarrassing, and we had to leave the hotel with all our belongings in many bags, in a messy way, at 10:30 p.m. for another hotel in the city. ******* only offered us compensation to pay for one night in another hotel. It was just awful. We did not receive any kind of compensation or apology from anyone in the hotel administration. I do not expect anyone to go through this humiliating, sad, and unfortunate experience.

W nocy wszedł do naszego pokoju przez balkon obcy mężczyzna. Hotel nawet nie przeprosił za niedopilnowanie pijanych gości nad którymi nie panuje. Proszę sobie wyobrazić sytuację kiedy śpicie a nagle ktoś pojawia się w waszym pokoju!

Situation géographie idéale sur la ligne de métro avec accès au centre ville direct Hôtel propre , silencieux et sympathique Bon Accueil et personnel très arrangeants (on a même pu laisser nos bagages le dernière jour car notre avion était le soir) Très bonne literie Petit déjeuner ok et bien approvisionné Très contents de notre choix . Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir

Chambre parfaite pour 3 personnes, au calme. Literie très bonne. Salle de bain impeccable. Périt déjeuner copieux (toast croissant pain, charcuterie et œufs brouillés) Si je devais émettre un bémol ce serait sur le jus d'orange qui est n'est pas top (en poudre)

La experiencia resultó incómoda, ya que Hotel no respetó la confirmación de 3 camas individuales. Alternativa que ofreció fue pasar una noche en otro hotel (Estrella de Arganil) que nos cobró 80 euros la noche. Al día siguiente volvimos a Hotel do Chile, el que sólo nos ofreció 2 habitaciones de 2 y 1 cama respectivamente. Toda esta situación nos costó el doble de lo que el Hotel do Chile nos había confirmado, esto es, habitación con 3 camas por 3 noches a 185 euros y por la situación planteada pagamos en total 80 euros la primera noche y 280 euros las siguientes 2 noches. Total: 360 euros. Recomiendo no confiar en lo que el Hotel confirma. No es de fiar en esa situación.
